My most current OTP, the OTP for me out of all the current airing dramas:



Hong Gil Dong and Heo Yee Nok.

*sigh*

I mean, they are made to be an OTP of mine on any surface telling of the story: the hot rebel slave Robin Hood who is an illegitimate son of a powerful evil Lord and the spunky noble lady whose family has been murdered (by his father no less!), and who has no idea who she is and has been brought up in the gutter.

But since this is a wacky, hilarious Hong sisters drama, they are also a hilarious, lazy goofball and a money-loving food-obsessed dope.

They manage to be both heroic and dorktastic, hilarious and heartbreaking. Just like the drama.

If they do not end up together, I will have to stab something.

Oh, I want it to be subtitle time already. Please!!!!!

And I end on this gorgeous black and white pic of Kang Ji Hwan. He is arguably the most handsome man I've seen in a kdrama.

This is a Hong sister drama, they will end up together. They may only be truely couple-y for one whole episode, before being broken apart, only to end the last one or two episodes happily together. . .but, they will end up together.

I love Gil Dong and Yi Nok. They just work for me. I'm usually good at liking the OTP of a drama (with a few exceptions), but they are wonderful.

Completely unrelated, but I showed a friend the Pride MV from your Top 10 JDrama post, and she's now started watching it (and seems to be liking it so far).

Sigh. I want to start watching this but I was waiting for it to be fully subtitled and finished before I did. But you're making me so curious. Since I tend to watch multiple dramas at a time, I might just bite and make it my next one after I finish "My Lucky Star", which should be any day now.

It's really really good. Of all the currently airing tw/j/kdramas, this is by far my fave. First two eps are a bit ott (though I loved it) but then it settles into pure awesomeness.

I loved him in 90 days, as I told before because I was surprised by his acting. In a drama before that called something Geum soon ah! his acting was mediocre (from what I can tell from watching the drama on and off). But in 90 days, I was totally surprised by his rapid progression in acting skills. But I did not fully appreciate as I am right now in HGD how expressive KJH is. I love watching his face just respond to everything.

Oh, bad love. How I hate it. I don't know why I am even watching it. It just doesn't make sense. It's like the writer hit her head on something in the middle of the series. But instead of dropping it, I have seen it out to the end with a lot of ff. Why? Something kept me interested during the latter half but the last two episodes totally turned me off. If it wasn't going to end so soon, I would have stopped.

Are you watching it by the way? or just keeping up with the summaries?

But I totally agree! Right now, they are my favorite couple, and I just can't seem to get enough of them (especially Kang Ji Hwan, who I fell in love with after watching Capital Scandal). I am seriously going CRAZY waiting for subs... I must be checking the forum and WithS2's subbing page every 10 minutes! All I can say is thank goodness for dramabeans summaries: I don't know how I'd survive without them! I'm so happy Korean dramas air two episodes a week!!!

And yay, new episodes are almost here!! ^_^
