Am back from Argetina and Uruguay.
Buenos Aires is definitely going into my Top 5 cities.
Promise to reply to everyone whom I owe a reply and to get back through flist backlog :)
ETA: I am through skip-140 and only a day in. No way I can catch on 5 days. If you posted something you think I'll love (and you know what sort of stuff this is: Who, dramas, Bollywood), please link.

Date: 2007-11-16 06:01 am (UTC)And I'm surprised that Buenos Aires beats London. (Not that I've been to either places, but I've always heard people rave about London, and Buenos Aires hasn't been mentioned much, actually.) Hopefully this Xmas break I can head down to Mexico for a lark. Probably wouldn't have time to go any further, but that's for the future. Buenos Aires is one my top LatinAm cities to visit now.

Date: 2007-11-17 05:54 am (UTC)Thailand and India are likely to be soon on the list too.
Re: Taiwan. It's like South Korea. I like the dramas but am not interested in the places much. Doesn't look like there is much to see for a 15 hour flight. I'll get to them some time though.
Re: London v. BA. BA was just more exotic for me, I guess.
Have fun in Mexico, it's awesome!
