Now that is what I am talking about
Jan. 24th, 2011 11:16 pmYou know, I really need a Dream High icon at this rate.
Anyway, behind the cut is my fave scene from ep 7 and it involves Hyemi and Jin Gook, though not really Hyemi/Jin Gook, if you get my meaning.

What do you do if a guy who's been awesome to you and whom you are beginning to develop a thing for is ditching you to join your archnemesis in order to work out daddy issues? Well, if you are Hyemi? You kick him.
You go, girl! I think I was especially pleased with that because I spent most of the ep wanting to do the same as I watched Jin Gook ride that emo train for all it was worth.
Hyemi and Sam Dong overhear Jin Gook agreeing to perform with Baekhee in the real showcase after ditching the fake one.

See that betrayed look on Hyemi's face? You put it there, boy!

And then he walks out and she follows him.

He tries to do his trick with the headphones but, the problem is, he taught her that trick and also she knows they are not connected. So she yanks them off and also shows the not-connected thing.

And then they have a conversation which I do not understand as there are no subs but in which the word "father" figures prominently. Jin Gook, why don't you work your issues through a therapist instead with nasty Baekhee? Seriously, not only is it a morally better course, it's less likely to get you killed by a psycho.

And then he pulls the headphones back on, signalling the conversation is over. Not that it stops her and she says her piece.

And walks away.

And then pauses, comes back and yanks his headphones off again.

And kicks him and walks off, for good this time.
