I am fine with you not being with Jia Di, because you are not compatible, but I am heeeeeere to help make you feel better :) Seriusly, Huo Yan is so much more my RL type. Sort of like the better adjusted version of Vic Zhou's character in Silence. And he is also a damn good and patient older brother.
