Oh happy day! It seems the early buzz for KoH is somewhat positive (see Oscarwatch and AICN). I am a sucker for epics with pretty boys and period gore, so I'll put up with bad to watch an epic. But how nice to know that this might actually be good as a movie, and the cringing will be minimal. In this spirit, new KoH pics behind the cut:

Yes, there is a difference between "sexy scar" (early Anakin and Balian) and "scary scar" (see Vader). There sometimes CAN be too much of a good thing.

Apparently, KoH has 2:15 running time, but the DVD is going to have an added hour (!!!) of footage. Hmmmm...

Oh especially the ones not on white horses. I like them with a little history to them.

Manly and buff is good. When I look at the KoH pic, I think that this is what Faramir would have looked like if Orlando got the role he was auditioning for...
