OMG. It Started With a Kiss is the funniest, fluffiest, most adorable thing since...last evening's Tokyo Juliet. Seriously. I needed fluffy goodness after A Love to Kill and this is perfect.

For those who are interested, the plot of ISWAK is as follows. Xiang Qin, our adorable (though not too brainy) female protagonist, has had a crush on Zhi Shu, the handsome classmate who is not only the best student in school, but a guy with a genius IQ. She attempts to give him a love letter, but he just walks by, not even deigning to look in her direction. His rejection makes her the joke of the school, and to make her woes worse, her shoddily constructed house is destroyed in an earthquake, and her father moves them in with his olderst friend. Who is Zhu Shi's father. And now XQ and ZS are stuck living together. Will love strike? Will XQ become smarter and less scattered and wil ZS become less reserved and warmer? Duh.

I am on beginning of episode three now and so much love! Zhi Shu's (male protagonist) Mom is a NUT. She always wanted a little girl so when ZS was born and through kindergarten, she dressed him up in dresses and wigs. WTF! Of course, our adorable adorable heroine, QS, ends up blackmailing him into tutoring her because she has a pic like that and she wants to get into Top 100. Heeeeee.
OMG. The tutoring sessions are adorable. I love how he falls asleep because he is tired tutoring her and she is 'you are not that much better looking than average' and than kisses him on the cheek as he doesn't wake and is all horrified at self. I also love how earlier he tells her the four rules (e.g. not to bump into him etc etc). But despite his 'I am too cool' demeanor, I love how they totally get to each other. She thanks him (for tutoring), walking by him in school (despite his earlier rule) and he looks so startled and (also startlingly) pleased. And he tells her to do her best. And I love that they both end up checking each other's scores first, and are not too interestd in their own. EEEEEE!
OMG. So freaking adorable. Also holds the admirable view that nerds are cool.

In completely unconnected news, we are watching a special on the castles of the Templars and the Hospitaliers and OMG. I want to go see Krak de Chevalier. Darnit for being in Syria and ergo not visitable. I want to see the famous Crusader castles. Medieval Fortifications are LOVE. I love seeing the one in Acre. And I was in heaven in Central Europe and Spain.
I think I am going to post my Israel pics.
