I never RP ship, but I am making an exception this time because they are just so adorable. And frankly I was worried for JHW after his v. v. public confession followed by a press release from Yoo In Na's company saying that they're just friends, LOL. I was all ready to cringe in embarrassment for the poor guy, but this makes me happy again.

I was reading articles and it seems they must have mutually liked each other even before confession because various people are now coming out of the woodwork and commenting to that effect. Awwww.

Apparently their agencies are now saying 'we are going to have to ask them' LOLOLOL. I think it's pretty clear they are dating, people.

Yeah, the army thing is a huge deal - pretty much a long-distance relationship for 2 years. OTOH, doable - Mr. Mousie and I dated for 4 months and then did 15-month long distance relationship and here we are, together for 12+ years now. Obviously, who knows how it's going to work out for JHW/YIN but I am glad they are happy now.

Yes, when my husband and I met, he lived in London and I lived in NYC and now we are the parents of a 15 year old, so I know it can be done. But it's also difficult.

excuse me for butting in. but to me i think this whole military service thing is blown out of proportion--in most cases. What I see is actually an opportunity for them as a couple to get out of the limelight and date in private for the next two years. She can visit him whenever she wants and he can spend his time off with his parents and her. Its like a college relationship (lol something I kinda-sorta know about)--be together during breaks, but study like mad in between LOL

I think that's a nice way to think about it. When I first met my husband, he lived in London and I was in NYC and having a long-distance relationship was kind of thrilling, because we liked each other SO MUCH but we also had lives we had to pay attention to. So I can kind of understand ♥

Clappy clap clap for the public declaration move! Besides, given the distinctive height difference, there is no way they could hide from reporters.
