On the plus side, I can't imagine Jin Joo will object to Jin Jin marrying Kang Suk after this. On the minus side, he frelling got gut stabbed in a really horrible way and is bleeding out on the street!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not to mention I am terrified of what will happen to our star-crossed lovers Yoon Seo/Dong Ah after this.

Between arranging murder of Jin Joo (only narrowly foiled by Kang Suk) and exposing DA/YS, Creepy has been busy!

Quick thought on preview of Gloria ep 32

Yes, I am all caught up with the eps, monster recap coming (don't even get me started on my reaction to the Yoon Seo/Dong Ah angst. I can't deal. RAAAAAGE at Creepy! Die! Though now they are my favorite OTP again over KS/JJ because I am an angst junkie).

Watched the preview and one thought: It looks like in the preview, JJ is breaking it off with Kang Suk because it's all causing an insane mess. WTF? Jin Jin doesn't strike me as a woman to break off a relationship because it's uncomfortable to her (especially since KS promised to stand by her and she also doesn't know about insane family history) but breaking it up for his sake is doubly insane! I mean, leaving the fact that this is the last thing he wants, how is it better for him? Yes, since he met JJ, he's been involved in all sorts of things, from fighting the Mob with Dong Ah, to doing chores, to getting gut-stabbed rescuing JJ's sister, to doing an elaborate charade to help Yoon Seo and Dong Ah. BUT. He's still about a billion times better off! He's got emotions now and is human and happy and well-adjusted and has hopes for the future. Before he was this totally traumatized automaton who bottled up everything, didn't have any hope at all, and went to places where he'd get to beat up other people/be beaten up just so he could feel anything. I mean, anything short of actual decapitation would be an improvement! Not to mention, say JJ dumps him, how does it make his life less complicated? It's not as if it helps the charade with Yoon Seo any, unless JJ is (a) OK with him being a swine and throwing her best friend and his wife under a bus (and even if he did, extricating himself would be really hard) OR (b) she wants him to marry Yoon Seo for real - i.e. marry a woman he doesn't love and who doesn't love him, and who is actually married to a friend of theirs.

I mean, logic escapes me! But we'll see how it goes, because this drama is yet to disappoint me in its writing - everyone acts in character and so I'll see how it goes. For all I know, JJ is just lashing against the insanity of it all, and not really thinking it through.

OK, to make sense feel better about the angst bus, KS and DA being awesome and fighting the Mob.
