Watching the remake of You're Beautiful, i.e. Ikemen Desu Ne has put me in the mind to rewatch the original and ummmmm ummmmmm ummmmmmm I now have a ridiculous crush on Jang Geun Seok's Tae Kyung and am actually adoring the drama to bits help help help I must be having a brain aneurism.

I think it really helps that I know what to expect (adorablness, shippiness, awesome soundtrack) and what not to expect (deep angst, tight plot, fakecest - I was so sure it would have fakecest, when I watched it the first time around).

OMG.

Brb, shovelling a big slice of crow in my face right now.

I want the DVDs now and everything. Have a song from the drama

YAB is the kind of drama that makes you curse yourself as you marathon and giggle your way through each episode!

My favorite scene of all was the "pig chasing Tae Kyung". SO HILARIOUbetS! XD

You know what? I bet that if you tried watching "My Girlfriend is a Gumiho" again, you'd be TOTALLY HOOKED! You would love it!

Woongah was the beta guy for 3 max 4 episodes ... just in time to ppl forget what they advertised in the beginning
but my fav char was Foxy Hunter- I was beyond obsessed ... I want a spin off just for him so badly... he was the hurt one ... someone needs to heal him

I wanted to like the Hunter character... but he was so dull. He needed way more dialogue and development in the drama!

I loved the premise for Foxy Hunter, he was a bit unusual for a kdrama: immortal being, a lover but not a lover, a bad guy... but not that bad, protector for his victim, a loner that can't understand this world (in our terms is called geek, or in my view my husband ) no matter his wide knowledge about it, a guy who can make sufficient money without too much effort, and rarely u can see a guy changing the channel when the girl says : ohhh look they are mating (this one is a challenge for any girl : the guy is gay or I'm not his type? it helps that No Min Woo looks so very pretty )

but what clicked in my head was the period scene... he was a Bidamish char: the bad guy who loves the girl but hurts her beyond his imagination... I think I'd watch a Tree Kingdoms drama with them ... btw I must check Gye Baek and Princess Man

another cliche in a kdrama the girl is pursued by the guy... while here Hong Sisters did it in a fun and convincing way... Foxy ladies are to die for

I'd say you should start with episode 5. The hero grows a lot through the episode and also it sets the plot for the next episodes (if you don't watch episode 5 you won't understand what comes next).

I really really want you to like it, since I ADORED it! Woong-ah became such a strong and protective hero throughout the drama! And the couple is ADORABLE! (PS: tons of kissing too)
