RE: the Youtube embeds, did your code say something about i-frames? They recently changed their coding; [Embedded content removed during import.]details. When I went to post some embeds today, mine didn't work either. At the video's page on YouTube, in the embedding options, there's a box to use the old coding. After doing that, it works for me.

Ok, Ok, after episode six I changed my ship. It's HM/JG! They grew on me, I love them together!

Isn't 'K' a guy? In the first episode, 'K' was said to be a male student - and looked male from behind. I'm guessing it is either Sam Dong (whose stated at the lead in most media) or Jin Gook (who has the drive).

Right now, I don't care who Hye Mi gets with - if she even gets with anyone. (It is high school.) But, I'd like Jason to give Pil Sook a little attention - and not just after she loses more weight. (Is anyone else worried about her developing an eating disorder? She's losing weight fast and its been alluded to) I think Baekhee and Jin Gook might have a thing later, just because of promo pictures; I see a hard downfall in her future and maybe something happens.

I wrote about this drama a couple of days ago, so I won't spasm you with more.

I think in Korean it was said in such a way as to not to indicate gender (at least that is what I read). But I agree, I am pretty sure it's a guy. My money is on SD.

I am a shipper for this drama (I rarely do not ship) but I do like that the shipping is secondary to growing up and finding yourself - as it should be when you are that age.

I do hope JG does not get together with Baek Hee. I don't want anyone with her because that character bugs the heck out of me. Did before she went evil and this actress' character bugged me in Coffee Prince, too. Might be the actress just doesn't work for me.

In real life, yes, Pil Sook is one step away from a lifelong eating disorder. But it's a kdrama and I doubt they are ever going to deal with this. After all, this is a world in which a performing arts school doesn't seem to have a single gay student.

I really like that the shipper stuff is there - the love triangle, Pil Sook's crush on Jason - but that it is secondary to these kids finding their dreams, themselves, and growing up.

Baek Hee's actress is one of the best on the show, but I don't think she should get a love interest. She clearly has a lot of resentment toward her mother and Hye Mi. She has a complex and is in need of counseling. Being in a tough environment like a performing arts school is not the place for a girl like her; not right now.

They have shown hints that they might discuss Pil Sook's quick weight loss. But, if they do, I'm sure it will be a quick scene or two and then be over. She'll faint or get a nose bleed - the nice teacher will take her to the hospital - Hye Mi will get upset at her for not taking care of herself, Jason will tell her he'll like her even if she weighs 200 pounds, etc - then it'll be over.

I think Baekhee will definitely succeed but I doubt she'll be happy. Counselling would be perfect but it's Korea...

I hope they do something. The makeup to make her over weight was terrible. I understand they couldn't ask a singer in a girl-group to gain 50 pounds, but. . .it was horrible. If you're going to have an overweight character lose weight so fast (she looks like she's lost 20 pounds in 6 episodes) - it should be a storyline. (Also - I want more screen time for her)

Maybe the Misfits could give her counseling?

The makeup made her look as if she was 250lb and not 164 (my aunt is PS' supposed weight, and granted, she's taller than Pil Sook, but she's not a particularly tall woman - 5'4" - and she doesn't look like a rolling ball - she looks fine, about average for a woman in her 50s). I have friends who weigh in that vicinity too and none of them look obese, morbidly or otherwise.

The makeup was just horrible. She didn't look 164 pounds; she looks larger. I know several women who are between 5'2" and 5'6" and weigh in the 120-170 range - they all look normal. I wonder if Korea's obsession with looking good had something to do with the way she looks?

I looked it up - IU, the girl who plays Pil Sook, is 5'3" and weighs 95 pounds. That - and, the fact that its tv makeup- might be the reason she looked so funny.

95lbs? Good God. That's my height and I was 100lb in college and I was really really skinny. Let me put it this way - I gained 30lb over the years and I am only up to us size 6. Granted, I also jumped 5 cup sizes, but still... That's hella skinny.

Sadly, all Korean girl-group members are that thin. I would say its because they are Korean, thus smaller in built, or because they dance a lot. But, I bet its more to do with pressure to be thin.

i'm so obsessed with this drama that is not funny. they keep playing with my heart, at one point i'm shipping hye mi with sam dong, then jin gook does something awesome. one calls her an angel, the other a goddess. both fight over underwear. IT'S TOO MUCH PERFECTION! ot3 forever, i want them to have a happy life together like the main characters in naked kitchen.

i adore hye mi and pilsuk's new found friendship, it's so cute. and something tells me that she'll be the one giving her a make over to turn her into the pretty swan. and i can't wait until jason joins the group.

also, misfits FTW! how can people not root for them when even the loan shark seems to have a soft spot for them? oh and the teachers bromance, mr kang and jiman, it's just too awesome really.

but something that i cannot tolerate is baek hee, if she owned up to her bitch self i wouldn't mind but omg her shady self makes me hate her even more. also i hate how keep blaming her actions on other people, saying it is hye mi's and the female teacher's fault, they make ehr do it. i hate how them, and baek hee herself, forget about free will and that no one is forcing her to go all single white female on hye mi. the chick is going psycho crazy.

for some reason i see HM and PS friendship like a sisterly bond, HM being the older sister who is constantly annoyed by the little sister and her shenanigans, but loves and looks out for her anyway.

I have only watched a half of one episode , though already extremely addicted. BYJ???????? Why no-one told me he is in it. Also - Taecyeon all the way, although K is probably the other guy because he is "the lead"
