dangermousieReading comments on the Time of India website, relating to an article addressing the scandal of Bollywood actor's Shiney Ahuja being accused of rape by his 18-yr-old maid (the cops have corroborating evidence of sexual assault) is...interesting.
There are reasonable people and then there are people like this:
I think (assume) that being the victim of a false rape accusation is as traumatizing (if not more) as being a victim of rape itself.

Shiney attempting to rape his young 18yo maid in the absence of his wife is not such an impossibile situation . Any man is prone to such an eventuality in a moment of weakness.

Today the most misused laws are the dowry and rape laws. Even in murder cases, the system of natural justice is used but in these cases, the sole testimony of the prosecutrix is enough to crucify anyone. A day may come, when men will have to take written permission, even from their wives to make love.

As to calling the young actor a pervert: take it easy. He allegedly abused his power over a young servant girl when no one else was around, unable to control his sexual urges and consider the negative consequences of forcing himself on a virgin. He is not the only one who indulges in sexual urges like that. Being a handsome Bollywood star he probably didn't expect such a reaction from a servant.

Please y would a handsome guy like Shiny rape a maid wen he will have millions of pretty gals falling over each other to get 'raped' by him . And I am sure he is not that type. Therez more to the story then meets the eye.

Why everyone is considering the maid as a good character woman. Shiney is a big film star and he will have access to all top class girls and women in the society. On the top of that, Sex is a thing which is widely available in the Market. So, having these many options, Why Shiney will go to a low class un civilized woman. Grow up guys ,,, just think logically.

Most important why his wife is staying away from him in Delhi? She should have tayed with him so that his emotions would have been in control.

I was all for it, until it turned out that the head lady was, of course, evil, and spent her free time plotting to torture quasi-son in most effective manner to avenge the fact that his dad didn't like her. Ahhhh, feminists. Always bugfuck insane and man-starved.
