I have to say, whatever else, I admire the talent of writers of Iljimae to come up with new ways to torment Lee Jun Ki's character in every episode. Lesser mortals would have just given him a new puppy each ep only to kill it by the end of that same ep.

But I dislike when it makes me cry :)

P.S. Shi Ho, you are sort of irredeemable now, sorry.

I made it to when she was scanning the crowd looking for him, then I cried and cried. On the plus side, the end made me shriek with glee.

I think Shi Ho's chances of coming out of this drama alive just went to nil with this ep. I mean, he sent his halfsister to die (without knowing it was her and meaning it, but in drama terms it's total death...)

I have been watching it here in Korea because the daughter of the family I am staying with loves Iljimae.

If you haven't seen the most recent episodes yet, I am happy to report that lee junki finally kicks some ass with full costume. YES!
