According to Popseoul, the Korean Ministry of Culture is interested in seeking a military exemption for Rain, on the grounds that Hallyu entertainers should be exempt....

Brilliant idea. I am all for it,* but where were they when Gong Yoo got drafted?

I think they should just form a drama/music division in the military and make the woobies do dramas and videos, and all proceeds can go to the military or what not :P

* The only upside, from the view of a fangirl, of the draft, is that they come out with even better muscles, sorta like jail :P But waiting two years for those seems rather harsh. Because it's all about meeeeee....
