Prince Caspian, yay or nay?
May. 19th, 2008 03:21 pmSo, ladies and gents.
Will I like Prince Caspian?
Seeing that I disliked the first Narnia movie, tried reading the books and found them dull (sorry!), and with some exceptions am not big on children's lit as a whole (I don't look down on it as a genre or anything, but it's not my thing, any more than horror is my thing).
BUT.
They promise me battles! Medieval-style battles. And you know what a sucker I am for those. I can tolerate a lot for that sort of thing.
So, should I brave the talking animals *yikes* in order to see some carnage?

Date: 2008-05-19 10:09 pm (UTC)It's probably the most violent PG movie I've ever seen. It even features a blink-and-you'll miss it decapitation! Woo!
