dangermousie: (Paap)

It's Monday, it's hot, and any vacation is ages away.

But I have something to make the day MUCH better.

What is it? Guaranteed Male Beefcake (GMB). The GMB of the day happens to be John Abraham, the studly Indian movie actor. While some of his movies are lacking, he so rarely is...

Multitude behind the cut. Dial-up users beware, but for anyone who likes hot men, it's worth it.

I believe in starting with the best:

And a one-two punch:

Still from the movie "Paap." Hmm, good thing his face isn't lower on her lap:

She probably thinks the same:

He is dressed! What is the world coming to!

Mmmm:

The Freudian symbolism of this cracks me up:

And on the other end of spectrum. Traditional Boy:

The word that comes to mind is "Yum:"

Here he looks like a really expensive gigolo. I'd rent him:

Because I like pretty men and blood (from Lakeer, next on my list because of [livejournal.com profile] vierran45:

And the one thing better than pretty men and blood is pretty men and blood with a girl:

"Keeez me, you fool!"

"Saaya." I have no idea what the movie is about, but who cares:

Especially since it's got glasses:

And baby-loving:

And angst:

Thud! Thanks for the great pics. That first one sure is nice!

I'm having a John overload, because I just finished watching Aetbaar, earlier this evening saw Lakeer, and now here your LJ is filled with yummy pics. Maybe I should rent Madhoshi tomorrow when I return the other two films to the rental shop... Or just rerent Paap for the maximised eye-candy value :).

Wow! Muchas gracias! Yes, normally I'd say he's a little too suave gigolo for me, but hey, I can be totally shallow too and he is definitely hawt... Mmmmm! (When is "Water" coming out again? ::taps foot impatiently::)

Have I mentioned how much I adore your icon? Because I do.

Water is coming out in November. However, it's premiering at the Toronto Film Festival (as their opning film) this summer. Btw, whatever you do, don't rent "Kaal." No cuteness in the world can save it.

Soon I will begin my Bollywood odyssey!!

I think I just died and went to Heaven.

I don't care that he's not a gigolo, I want to rent him anyway.

Dear John Abraham,

Your aesthetic appeal truly is a wonderfuly pleasure in this world, and just so that future generations may also have the treat of ogling physical manifestations of your utterly gorgeous genes, please reproduce as soon as possible.

Preferably with me.

It is in the interest of the whole human race and an invaluable investment in the future.

Yours,
Fireball

Now that she's lost so much weight, I could probably snap her in half over my knee like an Olsen twin. Mwahahaha.

Ultimately, though, I lust over John, but I still like my Aftab best.

I like my men like I like my cars.

Freshly waxed, a la John in picture number four.
Also: foreign.

(Oh man that was incredibly sexist of me but I care not at all.)

Saaya is about this man who is madly in love with his wife, she dies, and then he believes that her ghost is still haunting him, though no one believes him.

I've never seen it, but I know how it ends, and it sounds kinda cool.

So...how does it end? *begs*

You really wanna know? Alright.

*spoiler alert*

So, it ends up that his wife is haunting him. What she is trying to tell him is that in some village somewhere (I'm not sure why) she left their child, and he never even knew about it, so she is trying to tell him where his child is, not really haunt him or anything.

I liked the film and thought it one of John's best performances. It's a remake of the Kevin Costner movie Dragonfly (which I haven't seen).

*spoiler*

To clarify the above, his wife dies when the bus/car she is in is caught in a mudslide after heavy rains. But what isn't revealed until the very end, is that she didn't die immediately. She was severely injured and was taken to a distant village (IIRC, it was across the border, which is why she was never found) by the villagers who found her, and there gave birth to their child.

*end spoiler*
