Powerful Opponents, Vampire Knight, and Wish to See You Again caps

This port is sort of a giant screencap dump. With commentary, of course.

First off, we have my newest favorite, Powerful Opponents, caps for eps 2-4. As I was telling filmi_girl, I think I will be kinda devastated whichever way the love triangle plays out because I adore all three of the mains so. But Gwan Pil a little more than the rest. Seriously though, I adore Gwan Pil to bits, and he is so my RL type, and is generally awesome , but then Su Ho needs her more probably, because he is unfunctional and...OK. Clone the heroine, writers!



YJ is all frustrated and other bodyguard is sweet :)



Mmmm, Gwan Pil. Both he and Su Ho seem very fond of showers and I am all for it. Cleanliness is next to godliness and all that.

Su Ho, you are such a jerk! But in a manner of a kid pushing boundaries with his parents to see how much they will let him get away with.

LOL again. Seriously, he is like a puppy. Who needs to go to puppy training school.



He is making Gwan Pil and YJ be his guards (of course) as he goes to a nightclub and starts making out with skany girl. He is all acting out and YJ is all very fed up. And a bit uncomfortable about having to witness PDAs.



And he is all 'don't you have to be a meter away from me at most?' Seriously, Su Ho. At this point I am beginning to think you got a scar on your back because you bugged someone until they went homicidal.



But it's kinda hot.





EEEE! Thugs are after them, and Gwan Pil is taking Su Ho away while YJ prepares to fight them.



Bonus points to Su Ho because he doesn't want to go as it would mean leaving YJ behind.



Even cooler, Gwan Pil tells him his partner is perfectly capable.



And then they have some emo confrontation about mysterious past. Hmmm, did some girl Su Ho like die protecting him or something? From a crazy swordwielder? No idea, just guessing.



You are hot when you angst. Please be doing more of it, kthnksbye.

And since I'm still debating whether Powerful Opponents is worth the time investment, I'm keeping up with it through your mini-recaps + picspam. I'm waiting until there are clear signs of Female Boyguard and the President's Son as the OTP before I can watch, since I would hate to start watching and have my OTP-dar go crazy from all the OT3-ness of this drama. :P (Yes, I am still bitter and unfulfilled over my shipping of Heroine/LJK in My Girl...)

Btw, I read spoilers and as of ep 7, it's not clear at all who heroine of PO will be with or who is the main guy. It is most confusing to me :)

In My Girl, I shipped the canon OTP like mad. It was yet another one of 'LJK is my fictional type, but Hero is my real-life type, and RL type trumps' :P

There are 20 episodes total, and by a third of the way through there are still debates about OTP-ness?! Ahahaha, there better be an OTP by ep10, is all I'm saying.

In My Girl, I could see the OTP as heroine and hero, but I find LJK's character so drool-worthy I couldn't help but want them together anyway. Of course, in RL Hero is totally my kind of guy, but in drama...stable (i.e., sane) Heroes are just too boring for my taste, lol. I guess that's why I liked the 1st half of the My Girl so much--the everything was still up in the air.

So I probably would have liked the ambiguity of the OTP in PO, if I was fond of both male leads. Which I'm not, ahahah. Still waiting for signs of sweeping romantic gestures by President's Son...
