*raises hand* I have! :) It's Tokyo Daikushu in Japanese, and unfortunately doesn't look like it will be subbed, but it was decent for a drama special. A bit predictable and overwrought at times, but managed to make me bawl heavily to the point where after watching each part (two parts - each two hours long), I had a serious headache from crying so much. Horikita Maki is effective as the lead and yeah, the MV is an accurate depiction of it; I love that song they used, as it is the insert song for the drama special itself. :)
