I am away this weekend with no dling capacity, so I won't be able to see Hanadan ep 7 (the one with Yuki/Soujiro goodness, the one with Makino the maid!) until Monday. Argh. On the plus side, the subs will be out by then.

So, weak person that I am, I went trawling for spoilers for upcoming eps (8-9). No idea how true they are but if they are? EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!



According to Arashi.vox, in ep 8 Tsukasa actually gets down on his knees in front of Rui and begs Rui to give up on Makino.

Kneeling? Domyouji kneeling? He is about the most arrogant person in the world, but I can so see this, because he is so uncontrollably out of control in his love of Makino and with no filters at all. Hello, beaten to a pulp for her in S1.

Oh Domyouji. I love you. (Though from a safe distance :D)

Also in ep 8: Tsukasa decides on committing himself to Tsukushi.
He formally tells Shigeru he can’t marry her, and then give her family compensation money. However, Shigeru does not accept it, and she lies to Tsukushi saying things are going well between Doumyouji and herself. On the other hand, Tsukushi also goes to reject Rui, but Rui says he won’t give up…

Compensation $$$? Huh. But anyway, who cares. See, see, SEE, Shigeru hate is justified. She is just like a kdrama other woman. Eeeeeeebol. :D Rui, you are setting yourself for trouble...We all know how the manga ends.

Also, OMG OMG OMG the onsen scene is INNNNNNNNNNNNNN!:

According to The Television that got released yesterday in Japan (2/13), they were talking about a scene where Rui is yelling at Tsukushi. Also, Tsukushi will accidentally catch a sight of Tsukasa and Shigeru’s bed scene. Doumyouji does something “unexpected”…

Also (and how do these get better and better):

Ep 9: Kaede comes back and explodes in fury upon realizing that Tsukushi and Tsukasa are still good friends. She fires Nishida and disowns Tsukasa. She even puts a stop on Tsukasa’s card. She then lays off in an even bigger scale and downsizes the corporation. This creates a huge impact in the Japanese economy…

Re: disownment and cards. Oh. GUUUUUUUH. That was my favorite part in Meteor Garden (well, not the Nishida thing, the stopping his ccards thing, blah blah). And then Shan Cai took DMS on a 'poor person's date' in that ep of MG and it was the most adorable thing ever. (Well, actually my fave part in MG is when Momster had him locked up but let SC talk to him through the door. Awesomeness and angst and Jerry Yan's cheekbones of doom :D)

In manga, Rui, D, M and Shigeru went to Shigeru's hot springs house. And M came in when Shigeru was trying to seduce D by taking off all her clothes. He just tols her it wouldn't matter, he can see no one but makino, but makino misinterpreted what she saw. Angst...

OH, this makes me so very gleeful. This season has just been so great - although, I would really like to see some happier Domyouji/Makino moments, you know, to get me through all the upcoming ANGST and make me believe that there is still something there beyond their few moments of cuteness from the first season - well, except for the blistering chemistry they have, but whatever, I want some fluff, dammit! (Something like the balconey scene from MG would suffice!! lol)

And Rui... poor, poor Rui. What is that boy thinking? I think he secretly LIKES getting his heart trampled.

Hmm. I find the Ep 9 spoiler the most interesting. You know how they are doing the whole "Makino breaks up with Domyougi in the rain" scene? The heart-wrenching one the will kill me? That one?

I bet since last season they played off the whole 'Kaede attacking Makino's friends to break-up the couple", this season they had do something different. And what else could justify, at this point, her leaving him? The collapse of the Japanese economy perhaps? Man this is going to be SO GOOD! It will make the moment that much more powerful... because all the fans will kinda have to agree, or will understand where she's coming from at least.

I'm just speculating of course. :)
