dangermousieI just realized that the hour that the first ep of S2 will be airing, I will be in the air. While I got my VCR ready, curses nontheless. I'll have to wait till Monday evening to watch and will miss the discussion and the fun, not to mention die with anticipation.
To cheer self up, here is a cornucopia of S2 pics. They are (obviously) spoilery, so if you are avoiding spoilers, STAY AWAY. Also included are speculation and snark. Also, there are a lot of them and they are huge. Modem-users beware.
2.01: Scattered
Tigh trying to get info out of Boomer. Boy, do I feel sorry for Boomer. Even by BSG's bleak standards, her life sucks!
Younger (and hairier) Adama and Tigh. They look skeezy, like extras in a 70s porno:

What an unappealing prospect. Any prospect with Baltar in it is unappealing:
Awwwww...wait, wrong word. "Puke" is the one I was looking for. Someone, kill Baltar aready, please:

Just where she belongs:
I like Zarek. I mean, he is a horrible person, but I like him as a character:

I must say, Baltar has the most VIVID imagination:
Those are NOT the arms I want to see:

I love Tyrol. Poor man, little does he know...
2.04: Resistance
OK, this is getting a bit annoying. We know Apollo loves his Dad. But doesn't he do anything else in the 5 episodes other than stare at him?
Poor Boomer!
Guuuuh. I am so sad. I really liked Tyrol/Boomer in all its glorious frak-uppedness:

Everybody wants a piece of Kara, huh? That's why you should stick with Apollo. My K/L shippage has NOTHING to do with it. Right.

Date: 2005-07-09 05:27 am (UTC)I, too, wondered why we only got to see Lee staring at his dad. From the spoilers I've read, he does quite a bit more in those five episodes, but I guess we'll have to wait and see!
The pic with Boomer with a bandaged arm, where you weren't sure which Boomer that was...is the Caprica!Boomer. Caprica!Boomer had the wounded arm from Helo's gun. From what we can see in Boomer's interrogation until her death, the Galactica!Boomer does not have a bandaged arm like Caprica!Boomer.

Date: 2005-07-09 02:24 pm (UTC)Re: Lee. I know that as well, that is why I am susprised. If you think about it, the shots don't give much away (except for Tyrol/Boomer one, but then no one thought they were going to keep two Boomers around indefinitely).
Re: Boomer. Thanks! I must have had a temporary brain eclypse. I am glad they seem to be sticking with Caprica!Boomer as I prefer her.
