Eragon badfic

dangermousieI am currently reading Paolini's Eragon and so have happily ventured into the Pit of Voles (otherwise known as ff.net) to amuse myself with what they have re: Eragon fic. Yes, I am only halfway into the book yet, but I am not allergic to spoilers, and at least I know more about it than I did about Rorouni Kenshin, my recent pick for "badfic" category entry.
For those unfamiliar with Eragon: Eragon is the hero. He is a Dragon Rider, a deeply dangerous thing to be as Galbatorix (evil king) either wants him on his side or dead. He is 15 (that is important, considering fics I've found). Murtagh is a (boy) friend of his. Trust me, that is all you need to know. There is no need to be familiar wirh Eragon to "enjoy" this.
Exactly what it sounds like. WARNING: Much odd strangeness and strange oddness inside. Also many cleverI hope! rewordings of popular songs and showtunes! Thank god Saphira is still sane!
Hope is such a precious thing. But sadly infounded in this case.
Third Genre: Humor. A dragon rider from the future gets sent to the past. She learns that even though they're dead and old, they still are imporant. Better than it sounds. Please Read and Review! Chapter Seven UP!
I'd much prefer Third Gender, but oh well...
Will Eragon ever go to ellesmera? will Saphira admit that she has feelings to a werecat? Will Murtagh find love in the princess? and will the urguals give up fighting and go back home? sorry to change the rating but i've added in some new things, sorry
"Let me search your cavities, Princess. I am looking for the love you've hidden there." Somehow I don't think that's what the author was going for. Also, not e.e. cummings, so capitalization is your friend. Or else Murtagh will search YOUR cavities.
This is a war salude praising the warriors to defend their home. I wrote it both in English and the Elvin languge.Kindda like a poem.
"Elvin languge?" Is it Elven for "I can't spell and I wrote a poem in a language that does not exist as Paolini did not create it?"
An egg is stolen from Galbatorix. A girl is off to find Eragon. The girl hates Galbatorix, but calls him father. Story better than summary. Not much romance, but a bit between Eragon and Arya.
And I was so sure this Mary Sue was doomed to be the misunderstood daughter of Sauron instead.
Eragon meets a certain Lady. As he spends more time with her, he discovers some very unique qualities. When the girl agrees to go on an adventure with him, he finds out the truth. Who ever said the truth actually sets one free? In this case it encaptures…
Mary Sue, have you heard of statutory? The kid's 15.
Fifteen-year old Evelyn, former slave of Galbatorix, runs away thanks to Tornac. After being saved from drowning, just to uncover a perfectly shaped, aquamarine stone, Eve’s life of escape and solitude is broken as she enters Eragon’s world.
This sentence structure hurts my head...so does the most likely Eragon romance.
This is the sequal story to Eragons Romance. I hope you enjoy! When Eragon and Arya plan there wedding things begin to turn out the wrong way. Murtagh may be getting himself into some trouble, will Eragon figure it out soon enough?
Wedding? 15. I repeat, 15.
Eragon has several things to deal with. First of all, his fiance is pregnant. Secondly, his last partner was a real backstabber-literally. When a drunk street urchin from the elven city hatches an egg, he may just turn out to be the perfect partner.
I repeat: 15. *stabs* Forget statutory, people, but have you ever been around a 15 year old? Show me a 15 year old ready to get married (or even bearable on a regular basis). OK, I am officially lobbying for Eragon/Murtagh slash. Anything is better than the Mary Sues (though on second thoughts, I shudder at mpreg).
This is about Eragon after his fight with the dwarves, but before he goes to Ellesmara with Arya. It's not very good, so please read and review!
Hey, at least the author is honest. Of course, so is my lack of incentive to read it.
Can the cast of Eragon survive... me?
If your writing is as bad as it likely is, probably not.
Eliena is a thief who has stolen an egg of Galaborix, by mistake. The egg hatched (to her surprise) and now, she is a rider and not just any rider. She is the rider of the desert and this is her story of courage and adventure. Of course, she meets Eragon.
But then Galbatorix finds her and kills her for misspelling his name.
Lenora thought that she had a pretty normal life, when suddenly her life and everything that she knew is thrown into a vortex of confusion, loss, and the greatest gift in all of Alagaësia, a silver dragon egg.
Goodness, these eggs seem to be lying around EVERYWHERE. "Rare" is not a hard word, so why do you not understand it?
Chaos has happened in the Beor Mountains, some evil stirs, and Eragon and company go on a new adventure(snicker, 'eargon & company' ?LMAO)R&R!
Spelling, punctuation, and grammar in your story? LMAO indeed.
Karlianna Goriest was a normal girl, until one day at the beach she finds a hollow black stone. Her parents kick her out of the house for they can't afford to keep her, and she is left with the mysterious stone. How will the stone change her life?R&R
I wish YOUR parents would kick you out of the house, because then you won't have time to write horrible Mary Sues.
This is a story of a child if thirteen years. He has no parents. His friends were robbed from him like his parents. Left to survive off of his thirteen years of experience, he sets off into a land of strange new wonders, into the land of Alagaesia. With t
What next, a five year old general?
Eragon must go on a quest to save the Entwives in Middle Earth, but as he attempts to do so, he has to learn to deal with the crazy LOTR characters, such as Merry and Pippin, who have a tendancy to break out in song at random moments, and a Gandalf grovel
