Just got back from screening. I need to go to bed so long review coming later, but for now:

Loved it. Best. Superhero. Movie. Ever.

Gritty and angsty and dark and Bruce Wayne needs major therapy. Even his issues have issues I would offer sex therapy.

And Christian Bale is spot on, what with the angst, and the aristocratic air and the edge and is smoking hot

Liam Neeson is as always, perfect (is it wrong to crush on BOTH Liam and Christian?). Michael Caine....loved him. And Cillian Murphy is startlingly pretty. What else has he been in?

Basically, it was a Welshman assisted by a Cockney against two Irishmen and an Englishman. Heeee.

Also, after seeing Katie Holmes, I sincerely hope Tom Cruise marries her and makes her give up acting. It would be a benefit to society. Not that her role was much, but she managed to murder even that little.

And I was ready to slash Liam/Christian in the film (speaking of slash :D) because Katie Holmes was so annoying :D Not really,because speak of uncannonical, but hey, it would have been better than Katie.

no, it's being written as we speak. I kid you not. I think it was being written shortly after the casting news came out. I really love some of the Liam/Orly stuff that has Orly jealous of Christian. Um, if rps is uncool to you, just delete this and let me know. I'll not mention it. but don't unfriend me cause I'm quite happy keeping it to myself.

Heee. RPS is not my thing (I was actually thinking Ducard/Batman, not RL Neeson/Bale anyway :D), but people are certainly welcome to write whatever they like. And I like your posts, so no unfriending. :D

No, sadly, I've not seen it. But will make a big effort. I also have to try to see Kingdom of Heaven.

Yeah, you simpy must see KoH and BB. They are both really good as movies (and have lovely Liam roles).
