Every time I am tempted to start a new drama, I shall look at the below list of unfinished dramas I plan to finish, and stop. Until I get it down to less than ten, I shall not start a new drama. *repeat ad nauseam*

(Of course, this includes airing dramas, but I am behind on those too). Also it's [last ep watched/number of eps total], and * indicates a drama that is either currently airing or is still in subbing progress.

Heh heh. Now I feel a little better about my own drama-hopping. ;P

I am all better! (Well, good enough.) I'm on a family trip starting Friday, but what's a good day for you this week?

You counted Smiling Pasta twice.

Small info: Coffee Prince is gonna be 18 eps (so popular they extended it!). Hana Kimi Japan will be 12. Magicians of Love is 22 (I know because I recently saw a batch torrent of it). Drama Wiki says Butterfly Lovers is 41 episodes. I wanna watch beyond ep 1 but god, wuxia drama length kills me. Still, I'm very curious about it.

I admire your drama patience. To be honest, there are such a few dramas I'm in the middle of and plan on finishing. If something doesn't interest me enough, I very easily just drop it from my list alltogether.

counted Smiling Pasta twice.

Heeee, I did. So now it's one less.

It's not patience, it's short attention span. I have rarely met a drama I could watch in one sitting. There are dramas I don't intend to finish (Love in Harward, Sweet 18, Kimi wa Petto etc). That's the thing. The above are all ones I like. I am hopeless.

*shakes head as she still can't fathom how people can have so many half watched dramas.*

Well...you know my opinion...finish the one You can finish in a good sitdown(Taiyou, Jumong-which I'd count as sets, what I did with EotS-Outsider, ROCH, HS-I have a decent idea how much you'll FF through, not much more left for you than ROCH) or two then the ones at least half done, then completed ones, and by then, the incomplete ones should be finished. Then you should have a lovely, mostly-clean slate and can build it back up to epic proportions again.

Heeee. I am alternating actually. I can't watch too much period or jdrama at a go, I get restless...

Not that it'll help much, but here are my two cents ;D:

Of your list, I liked:

Coffee Prince is now subbed up to episode 10, and is causing me to squee like crazy. Yoon Eun Hye is so cute, and she has great chemistry with the male lead (who is SO HOT.). The side characters are adorable and funny, with interesting side plots. You should definitely not pass it up for too long.

Liar Game: Not as romance-y as most of the list, but totally worth finishing because it's clever, interesting, and Matsuda Shota remains incredibly hot.

I didn't like:

Loveholic: I just fast forwarded through the rest of the episodes after 10.

Smiling Pasta: It really sputters after episode 12ish.. ehh. Goes from cute Taiwanese crack to just plain old 'wtf?'.

Sapuri: I finished it with liberal fast-forwarding. Kame's cute but the plot's pretty worthless. Same deal with Anego... worth watching because Jin's extremely cute, but not for much else.

Magicians of Love: Its plot (cracky, but tenuous at best) is really not worth 20ish episodes of your time. I got too fed up with it and had to stop around episode 17, when they had already drawn the obvious love triangle out for more than 5 episodes.

I like Loveholic but only in small dozes. Otherwise it gets too circular.

MoL is only good in very small dozes :)

Wow! That is A LOT of dramas... I'm so glad I'm still under 10, though it's getting very close :).

I recommend finishing Romeo & Juliet (it's a special, only two hours :)), ProDai (Yamapii!) and Taiyou no Kisetsu (only a few eps more).

Heeeee. But I can't watch too much jdrama at a go, I get exhausted somehow. I am finishing some kdramas first :)

I can't believe you're only on ep. 3 of ProDai. It's just so... pretty and awesome. I can understand, because it's not a marathon-type dorama, but still, it's pretty amazing, so it's a little hard to believe you're only on ep 3.

Hehe and I thought my list was bad (only 9 but all currently airing). I pretty much have same rec for finishes as Tarja. Liar Game you can wait since the 3 hour finale doesn't have subs yet. You should watch more Coffee Prince! It's really wonderful.<3 Good luck with clearing out this list! :D

I am not a hugest LG fan so I might actually drop it. It's nice but I didn't really love it and there are so many dramas out there...

Resources and because I really can't watch dramas in pieces that I am ignorant about good old and new ones. I finally finished Silence and will now start with Coffee Prince. Still waiting for Liar Game's final episode to be subbed.
