Do you know what is proof that you are totally obsessed?

When you are away for the weekend, and so cannot watch Bednaya Nastya. And you are tired and hungry and have a headache. But you go on youtube and end up waching BN vids on mute. And actually feel better.

OK, am officially certifiable.

But the below clip really made me feel all better (I think I might have posted it before, it's V/A's first kiss and it's adorable. I especially like how giddy she sort of is afterwards, all overwhelmed-girly. Heh. Quite diff from her thing with Michael where she told him he made her think of her 'Uncle.' Ummm).

Also, dimples! EEEE.

(PS-Supernatural season 2? Worlds better than S1, which I loved. Had S1 been this good, I would have moved heaven and earth to get to watch S2 as it aired...)

Ep 40 out of 127 (my version has 120 because they cut out 7 for some weird reasons. But hey, it's the most complete dvd version out there, and between two different on--line cites I can fill in all the gaps). I am addicted.

I haven't watch S2 yet. Have it in its shiny wrapper but Nastya taken me over for now :)

Actually 127 eps at 40 minutes each is 95 hours, so still less than all of Jumong with its 80eps of 1:10=1:15 each. Moreover, it's a lot easier for me to follow something in Russian than language I don't speak. But point taken :)

Re: Jo. SPN fandom is normally BRUTAL on female characters, for some odd reason. That's a pity.

Yeah. The weird thing is that everyone I know personally-including a couple that have emerged w/ my SPN S2 posts, seem to like Jo as a character, or at least not mind her, shipping with Dean or no. I think it's just the rabid slashers that hate her. Still, I understand that it hasn't flatout been stated she'll never be back, so I shall maintain hope until they say she died or something. (Actually, one emerged person seems to think she may be but it's underwraps...so I'm hoping that it'll be something like Dawn in Buffy S5 or the return of *hem*-since I don't think you've seen it-in Angel S1 where they suddenly appear in the last 5 seconds and then have a regular appearance next time...I'm sure it's a futile hope, but I cling to my dreams)

I love that later he confronts Vladimir over it, and Vladimir tries to sort of defend it by saying that they were only remembering his Dad together and it was a purely fraternal kiss/embrace and Michael is all 'you know, somehow I have managed to refrain from ever kissing my sister that way.' Heh. Michael, you know it. Just give up :)

Heeee. She was actually initially saying how she couldn't believe they were threatened by a gun-wieding person less than an hour before, and then she started remembering his recently deseased Dad and saying she wished she could go back to the past with him and his Dad and her. And she got all upset and he started comforting her. Awwww. I don't know if kissing is a proven comforting measure, but it clearly worked.

The smug bit cracks me up so much, because she is basically telling him that she never thought they would get to be such good friends, and he is asking her 'I want to know, do you kiss all your friends this way?' LOL. And that's when she gets super giggly at the very end of the clip. Sheer adorableness.

His smugness makes me weak in the knees. I don't know how many episodes Anna managed to hold out, but I'm pretty sure she made it a lot longer than I would have managed.

Well, the kiss (which is the clip) is from ep 52 and it takes her a number of eps after that to realize that yes, she does love him. Then they have various tribulations on the way to happy otpdom (his jailtime, various family mysteries, etc). The thing is, since these pes deal with three-four interconnecting storylines, not that huge an amount of time has passed from ep 1 to 52 :) But yeah, it's no surprise she falls into his arms relatively shortly after he starts being sweet to her. It's rather hard to resist...

She was crying because she was remembering his recently murdered father, who brought her up, so she got all sad and upset, and he was trying to comfort her because he can't bear to see her cry. It's super adorable...

The neat thing is that she is normally rather reserved and well-behaved but here she is so like a blushing girl. It's adorable.

When he called her that (and it's the first time in this), I melted. Even when a few times he'd call her 'Anya' (not very often but a gew times) I sort of died. I love how it's just such a spur of the moment thing: the comforting and the kissing and the diminutives. It's like he has such a control of himself but he forgets it all when she is upset, he can't help it. *dies*

Hopefully you'll get it by next week :) The only DVD version is 120eps so it has 7 eps missing :( You can get relevant missing bits on line from the websites I listed earlier though. I have been looking for a proper version like mad everywhere, but it doesn't seem to exist: no official version out and this is the only 'unofficial' one. Brrrr.
