On viewing list this weekend: Parineeta and Sith.

I am rereading HPV in prep for HPVI and I just want to give the boy a hug and some unconditional loving. Though he'd probably snarl at me. I guess all those pent-up years of being mildly-behaved have finally exploded in his (and everyone else's) face. And of course he now feels more secure with his loved ones. He knows they won't reject him even if he snits.

Well, I suppose he can be a bigamist (or a trigamist) and marry Ginny in a small, homey Weasley home wedding while marrying Hermione in a lovely old Church right after having a sunset ceremony in Vermont with Draco. And right after the honeymoon(s) he will ditch them and try the good life but it will be hollow so he will take antidepressants. This won't help so he will turn evil and become the Dark Lord. His child from Ginny/Hermione/Draco (those wizards are sure odd about reproduction) will redeem him and he will die. And then he will be roasting on a spit in hell.

See, I would figure that he'd marry Ginny and become an aurour, not a quidditch player. I'm a sucker for happy endings, especially for my angsty guys (which is why I cry a lot in anime because they generally don't get their happy endings or don't get them until the very last minute and not in the way they expected).

Forgive me...but we all know Luna and Neville/Ron/Hermione/Remus/Dumbledore/the Snitch are the true love story of HP. I know because I read a fanfic that said so.

I really wonder what his career choice would be at the end. He clearly enjoys teaching (OotP), but he also adores Quidditch.

And being Auror is fighting darkness and doing something useful and I see it appealing. I wonder.
