I know this is my fourth or so post on Why Why Love in the last 24 hours, but I can't help it, this is THE drama of the summer for me.

I have also decided that Mike/Rainie in this are going into my Top 10 drama OTPs of all time. Seriously. *thud*

But the giganto picspam (thank God I have a paid photobucket account or it would crash) and the meta on how perfect they are as an OTP will wait until the weekend.

Now? Now,

meganbmoore is in for a treat. Because I bring you a picspam that is solely Kingone. It is the 'kidnapping' scene, one of my fave scenes in any drama.

He had come to her school to apologize but she just walks past him even when he does. So he picks her up (thud!!!) and puts her in his car, and then they drive off and he explains to her why he acted the way he did. I love that scene so much, because Jia Di really realizes that awesome or not, he is not ideal: he is (understandably) messed up guy from a horrible background. And she understands him, and feels horrible for him, but she won't let herself love him any more, because she has been brought down to earth and she sees ho impossible the relationship between them would be, because of their different status (but also because I think she started falling for Mike, even though she doesn't realize it, and also because difference in status could have been overcome, but difference in status, plus the guy being a damaged woobie with hs particular issues? Maybe, but I don't think she wants to try any more. Parodoxically, she wants to protect him which means no relationship. But it all might still have been different, even with her being newly pragmatic, if it wasn't for Mike, and also for the fact that she could never open up enough to really render herself vulnerable again to him). It's heart-breaking (for them both) and adult and understandable and just GUUUUUH. It's one of the most wonderful and nuanced scenes. WWL is so awesome because it starts out as such fluff, but is actually about so many things...

Jia Di, post the scene in the mall with Kingone, and the night spent crying in Mike's arms (awwwwww). She is back on earth with a thud:

But Kingone is waiting for her outside the school, all anxious to apologize!

He sees her:

She is understandably less swooning:

OMG! He tells her his worst memory and most horrible experience. She must be super important to him, and making her understand equally so, because it's so hard for him to share anything, let alone something like this:

Flashback. Can I stab his bitch of a mother? *heart breaks*

AWWWW. And he actually can't help it, he is sobbing a little:

She is totally moved (but yeah, he lost her forever anyway, even though she understands him now and still cares):

*I would looooove to thaw him! Ahem*

*dies a little*

OH GUHHHH, she is so gentle and tentative!

Awwwww...guuuuh, you damaged awesome emo boy, you say things like that while looking that way, and you'll have your own harem. Even if not Jia Di because she belongs with your little brother...

Symbolism (side note: I want Huo Yan to be LOVED, dammit. It doesn't have to be romantic, as I want Mike/Rainie, but I want someone to warm him up. His brother to get close to him, or for him to get into friendship-love with Rainie, or whatever. Just not be alone!)

I cried. I really did. I guess Huo Yan is my Hanazawa Rui? I never was tempted to alternaship in Hanadan or get really into him, but lots of people did, and now I know how they felt (and yet I still think Mike/Rainie >>>> everything. Weird, huh?):

Did I mention that he paid off her scummy uncle (not because he was afraid of blackmail but to get her family out of finacial hole) on condition he won't tell Jia Di?
