Oh man.

There is something wrong with me:

Why does Kingone (HY) taking pills (I assume medicine, not drugs, but still...) and having horrible flashbacks of his mother selling him and screwing his eyes tightly shut in agony, and oh yeah...'kidnapping' Rainie to explain himself makes me lve him MORE.

As soon as we see he's messed up, he just went from awesome and hot to supernova. (Sort of like with LJK in Dog/Wolf. He was attractive as competent and reserved but as soon as we see he is a walking mess of issues, he went to THUDWORTHY). All right, WTF? I clearly am attracted to fictional messes.

P.S. But no, I still think Mike/Rainie FTW in the drama, as they are super compatible and ohhhh...Mike He's character=one of the most adorable things ever in the drama universe. *cuddles him* When he goes way against YS to protect JD and when he thinks her fave song (horribly off key) to cheer JD up and eeeee...the way he looks at her as she cries. *dies* Did I mention the most adorable, ridiculous things he does to make her stop crying? He's willing to do anything :)

And he teaches her to scream from the rooftops and seriously. Rainie, stop CRYING. You are so trading up :) I mean, when he said 'You can borrow my hand' I died. (she asked for a handkerchief because she's been crying and he says he doesn't carry any on him, but then says the above and starts wiping her tears with his fingers. *dead*)

Nope. He is the OTP's guy older half brother who also likes the heroine (the OTP guy is played by Mike He). It's one of those rare dramas where I adore the OTP but love the other guy almost as much and can totally see people doing alternaships....

Oh, very very very HOT. I don't know whether to swoon more for HD's sweetness and care or HY's earnestness in this drama. Yikes. I would be all for threesomes except for HD and HY being brothers which just makes it all icky.

The writers know drama lovers, don't they? SO GOOD.

HD gets progressively better and better.

basically, HD first does something awesome for HY and JD together (and I go all 'awwww'), and then does one very stupid thing, and then apologises for it in completely cool and earnest manner. he definitely grew up some already.

but HY is just so... poor guy. he needs lots of hugs and honest love from at least somebody, and nothing seems to come.

I was thinking about Goong, how they played nice brother/bratty brother in there too, but Yuul always seemed too slippery and generally not good for anybody. and HY is honestly good, which makes everything much more complicated.

Exactly. The only one there is evil secondary girl and he is better off alone than with her! And I agree that it's more complicated that way than Goong in that respect (though I suppose Goong was telling a different story so it's equally good but different)

stupid thing is definitely about the kiss, but awesome... just you watch, you'll love him much more. it's almost on level with him going home and confronting HY about his accusation (btw, this 'I won't take your leftovers' phrase? it's kinda late to be in denial after that ^^')

and evil secondary girl should hook up with JD's uncle, so they'll have stupid evil schemes together. she's just so arrrrgh (though kind of beautiful too).

OH I LOVED THAT SOOOOOO. I mean, he hates his home (and with good reason, that father is EVIL) but he goes anyway, to confront his brother and set him straight because that is what (he thinks) JD would like.
