Ahahahaha.
From Delilah Marvelle's "Once Upon a Scandal" which I picked up because heroine is cynical and pragmatic and the hero is supposed to be the naïve one who gets sold to be a gigolo to some Italian countess by his wicked stepmother (you have permission to pick up jaw from floor). So I can't claim I inspected a masterpiece but still. Heeee.
Tbh, this book is ridiculously entertaining.
