Telugu movies come up with the best OTPs!
Apr. 14th, 2010 04:54 pmFirst we had a sexy vigilante and a trainee nun (Desamuduru). Now we have an assassin for the mob and a demure college student.

Together, they engage in dance numbers:
Gaaaaah, I love Pokiri.
It's my first Mahesh Babu movie and I loved it to bits. (Much better than its Bollywood remake Wanted though Wanted wasn't bad).
Also, an awesome twist which I will not spoil.
Honestly, where have these movies been all my life? I am all about dudes who can take on a small army by themselves but are totally unmanned by the girl of their dreams. Mmmm. Yes.
There is also one apparently where hero is a homeless orphan taken in by heroine's parents and then the parents get killed by thugs but everyone believes it was the hero and he is sentenced to jail time and heroine now loathes him. And then 14 yrs later when he;s out he meets and falls for this girl who turns out to be the heroine - i.e. his long-lost quasi-sister who hates him. It's so very kdrama!
