Lee Dong Gun cuteness

I have started watching the Korean minidrama If in love...like them (it's four eps long).

Iil...lt follows the oddball love story of Lee Dong Gun and Lee Hyori who are both at the end of their respective roads. Hyori is a singer about to debut who discovers she has leukemia, and also that her place in the spotlight has been stolen. LDG is a small time gangster who miraculously survives a department store collapse only to find out he has terminal cancer. Their paths intersect in the hospital and the quirky, adorable story goes from there, as they discover joys in life despite the death sentences hanging over them.

It's beautifully shot and fast paced and I love it but it has two problems:

1. My download (and I downloaded from three (!!!) different places) keeps freezing. I ended up having to watch on youtube, which is annoying.

2. I do not approve of any storyline that gives Lee Dong Gun (who seriously redefines quirkily adorable, here as elsewhere) terminal illness. Seriously. That is a crime.

Anyhoo, it's good. I finished the first ep and plan to watch more.

And here is a LDG relating thing I do wholly approve of. Adorable (and I do mean adorable) pictures of him with his girlfriend (and Sweet 18 and My Boyfriend is Type B costar) Han Ji Hye. I'll admit to having seen "Sweet 18", and yes, it was ridiculously cute, though I needed to watch something with rampant violence in it to wash all the saccharine out of my system. ;)
