dangermousieOK, finally managed to remember the name of the 'other guy' in Something Happened in Bali. In-Wook. I really don't like him. Don't care for sneaky, underhanded, scheming people.
Jae-Min might not be Prince Charming but he doesn't dissemble at all. And OMG, the scene at the restaurant when he took Soo-Jung too and it was bloody expensive and he let her believe it was her treat and then when he saw how she only ordered soup was all 'I was going to treat you since it's your first day at work...' and before he had time to finish she was all 'can I see the menu again?' Heeee. And then he got all pissed and jealous at the sweet way she was talking about In-Wook and just left (after paying). LOL. Dude, you should recognize what you feel, sweep her off her feet etc etc. Otherwise you'll get what happens at the end of this drama.
And then we get to ep 7 and I was squealing at the screen like a little piggy. Seriously. Best scene ever. I love love LOVE it when drama!men lose their cool.

This is going into my Top 10 drama scenes.
When she comes to his house at night because she wants to ask about something (and there is sorta a drunken party going on, but he is in a horrible mood so he is in the bedroom by himself) and she says she wants to talk and their are in the crowd of his drunken friends and he is just mad in general (fiancee now said she wants to marry him again. I love it when he yells at her he is not interested. He is a very passionate person, isn't he? I don't mean it in a romantic way necessarily, I mean through emotional immediacy. Maybe that why he appeals to me so) and at Soo-Jung in particular (because he keeps seeing her with In-Wook).
So he is all 'talk' and she is 'not here' and his response 'shall we go to the bedroom?' and he grabs her by the hand and drags her there and his friends are all hooting.
And OMG OMG OMG. This is totally wrong and what not but who cares, but when he closes the door and pushes her against it and is totally invading her space (arm on each side of her) and he is 'Talk.'
I think I fainted. A little.
HOT.
SCARY HOT.
And she says she came to talk about the guy who owed her money and he is really losing it and asks her 'Really? At this time of night? At my house?'
(I am shrieking)
And he continues 'I know why you are here. To seduce me. That's why you keep coming here.' (honey, you don't need any seducing).
And OMG, you can tell he so wants it to be the case, it's like he is making up his own reality.
And she pauses and goes 'You are right' (I think because she wants to lash out back)
And then he goes *and I die*
"Then seduce me. I'll play along" sounding all sexy and desperate and if I was single and a guy acted like that, I'd jump his bones. Ahem.
And she stares him down and asks 'How?'
And he almost whispers 'Like this,' grabs her chin and holds her in place and leans in and kisses her.
EEEEEE!
EEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
Forced kissing should not be this hot but it is.
And he startes removing her jacket and she breaks it off. And OMG, he really literally has to pause to recover any composure at all, and then he throws at her 'You are not seducing me' and opens the door and walks out and grabs some floozy for make-out purposes and is drinking and seriously, this is so dysfunctional and I love it so MUCH.
OIn other news, of all the mangas I am currently reading, Vampire Knight is my favorite. (If it keeps on going the way it has, it will be second favorite, period, behind only Ayashi No Ceres).
I've described it elsewhere but think of a manga take on Buffy, a little. The artwork is gorgeous, the story complicated (for synopsis click on the linked post), the heroine is awesome, and I am madly crushing on Zero who is sort of a mix of Angel, Spike and Awesome.
I found a Zero/Yuki vid on youtube that is spoilery through first five volumes and is a good example of the artwork.
Eeeee! There is an almost kiss! And the scene where she wants him to drink her blood but he won't so she bites him to 'make them even.'
OMG.
I am shipping them so hard, it's scary. If she goes with Kaname instead I'll break something.

Volume 13:
Chapter 1: Auntie comes back and wants to become a housewife to be with her actual boyfriend, obviously she fails and at the end she goes away, but takes Sunako with her!!!(this was the chapter that used combined with one from volume 9). No S+K moments.
Chapter 2: In the travel she was forced into by her aunt Sunako finds a cursed necklace that makes her do the strangest things sometimes conscious others not. A lot of bad thing strat happening and Sunako tries to get rid of the necklace. There are a couple of small S+K moments here and one Big moment(if you want i'll spoil it for you, either written or picture, you choose) and one of my favourite phrases "Bright one my claws scars hurt" so cute!
Chapter 3:The thing that happened with Kyohei in the previous chapter is paying off, Sunako gets herself into a big problem and Kyohei goes to the rescue. Lots of S+K moments and one "interesting" Kyohei moment. And another one of my phrases this time by Ranmaru"Kyohei cares so much about this Sunako chan thing so much!"
Chapter 4: Sunako loves cooking but Kyohei isn't eating, she is desperate because she thinks she cannot cook anymore, she gets obsesed on improving her cooking until everything is solved, Kyohei eats again and she is happy. A S+K moment.
Volume 14:
There is a special dedicatedto Ranmaru and his thoughts on Tamao (more or less)
Chapter 1: Yuki is scared he may lose Machikoif he doesn't become stronger, the other guys try to help but he is not strong so Ranmaru decides he should cultivate his other charms and sends him to train as a host, things get bad when Machiko sees him with another girl.
Chapter 2: This chapter is covered in anime episode 18. The boys try to make Sunako an elegant goth girl, with dissastrous results!
Chapter 3: Yuki has an argument with a friend of him and doesn't want to go to school, he keeps wondering in friendship issues and the nakahara mansion group ends up grouped around him and helping him solve his problems. No S+K moments but Ranmaru says something relatd to them.
Chapter 4: Sunako and Kyohei have a fight about some chocolate, a typhoon is near and everyone has plans so Sunako and Kyohei are alone at home. Accidentally they get locked aout of the mansion and try to get in but they get trapped in the bassement and it has no way out, they are having a hard time, cold, no food, wet... they try to make a hole in the wall but it bursts and the basement is flooded. They manage to get out thanks to the water. Lots and Lots of S+K moments here!!!!!!
Volume 15:
Chapter 1: Sunako has some problems, she remembers about the past and friendship. This chapter has one of The Best S+K moments!!
Chapter 2: Yuki's little brother and sister appear in the mansion, they are extremelly cute and they bring misschief!!. This chapters has a really important momente in S+K relationship, at least i see it that way; really something to think about...
Chapter 3: Takenaga and Ranmaru have some problems with their girls (Noi and Tamao) and with themselves...don't take a fish out of water!!
Chapter 4: Sunako has to go to a reunion with her old school classmates including that guy...The Sunako-tachi are really worried(specially one certain guy who has some, for my taste, of his best drawings in this chapter) and when everyone in the reunion seems to go against Sunako they come to the rescue!!
Volume 16:
Chapter 1: Sunako wants to go to Harajuku!! There's a nice S+K moment in this one too.
Chapter 2: Kyohei knocks his head bad and believes he is like a host and keeps on prosecuting Sunako!! Plenty of moments but they thand to be more funny than romantic...
Chapter 3: Valentine's day!! The boys decide to take refuge in the mountains and they take Sunako with them against her will of course, strange things are happening, Sunako is happy and the boys worried,; they boys were right, those are the fangirls!!. Big fight and a jealous Kyohei!!(in a funny way!)
Cahpter 4: Sunako gets on a diet with horrible consecuences! She wants to be like Hiroshi-kun!!. There's a Hot scene between S+K in this one!!!
Volume 17:
Chapter 1: Sunako and Noi have a girl's day off and the boys follow to spy!! There are certain food problems involved. There is a wonderfull Takenaga+Noi moment that i love!
Chapter 2: I really like this chapter. Sunako and Kyohei are in a big problem, they have hurt a couple of proffesional dancers and the dance master orders them to take their places and dance in a competition. Of course Sunako faints everytime she gets close to Kyohei, so the master takes a decission, she hadcuffs them toguether!! Lots and lots S+K moments in here!!
Chapter 3: I can't really give a summary for this chapter...i don't understand a single thing!! Auntie gets Kyohei ina lot of strange situations with women by force and the boys, Sunako and her watch from a tv; i think she wants to get a reaction from Sunako, but no luck...weird
Chapter 4: One of the best S+K chapters! Auntie gets everyone in trouble, all the Nakahara Mansion inhabitants get flooded with servants, much to Sunako's horror and not making Kyohei happy. Sunako runs away and goes to live in a small and poor flat on her own, when the boys learn about this Kyohei goes to look for her and ends up living there with her. Many S+K moments, specially halloween's dinner(their third halloween).

OK. Seriously. Neither one is possessed, mind-controlled or trying to get some weird result. *dies*
