Episodes 5 and 6 were my favorites, so far: kissing! hurt/comfort, snark and tear-wiping. And Dr. Min stitching himself up. Yes.

He is not happy to be broken out of his reverie:

I, otoh, am VERY happy.

Yes, put on your clothes verrrry slowly, please.

They make him breakfast and he is all, 'nope, no traditional food, coffee and toast.' YS: Grrrrrr. Bom: Yay!!! Mommy, can I go buy?

He gives her SO much money. But she returns most of it because she says it's too much.

Cuteness:

Meanwhile, as he is walking. Bom runs up and asks if they can walk together. His reaction? 'Why are you so late to school, you shouldn't be, blah blah.' But she loves it, really, because she is yearning for a Dad so badly and this scolding for not going to school is totally what a Dad would do.

And then, there is a passing motorcycle and he runs and swoops her up to protect her, and shield her with his body. Yup, she is definitely going to want him for a Dad :) (I love how, subtly, it's contrasted with Evil Suitor's behavior later, when ES shilds himself behind Young Shin when a car passes too close).

So adorable!

Scumbag wants him to go fight with him to get good points for saving kid of someone whose land he wants to buy (Doc doesn't know this latter part)

This was awesome:

He is injured (stabbed) but with all the adrenaline, he doesn't realize it right away.

Scumbag takes him to Incompetent Doctor who decides this is a good time to (a) have a hissy fit Dr. Min (who is bleeding) is being arrogant and not fluffy-friendly and storm out leaving Dr. Min to sew himself up, and then to come back to (b) tell a wounded man who had to fix himself up because of Idiot Doc's storming out that he (Dr. Min) killed his own girlfriend. WTF. Die!

He insists on going home and being the worst patient ever. But he also overhears Scumbag's Scumbag Mom harangue poor YS and try to force her to move or marry. Seriously, why doesn't YS just slap the old beotch?

Leave me alone, he is so pretty!

She takes care of him all night but falls asleep eventually, sort of. And he wakes up to find her sobbing. Everything is too much for her and she normally can't let it out, but here she is.

And this scene follows and I die.

He is looking at the hand which touched her, SQUEE!

Showers. I highly approve of this drama's penchant for cleanliness.

He is all 'What is with you being around when I shower? Shall we just shower together?' LOL. She retorts that even if 10 guys like him were to parade around naked, it'd be meaningless to her. ROFL. Not meaningless for me :)

He so totally likes her, but he is also worried for her. She is going on an arranged date (aranged by Scumbag's Mom). He tells her "I am an heir to a Chaebol. I am not kidding." Her response: "My standards are too high for the likes of you." LOL. All that awesomeness and he is a chaebol heir? Mmmmm...

Arranged Suitor? Total scum, who not only plans to keep hookers with YS's cash (which Dr. Min finds out) but also apparently beat his pregnant wife to death.

Scumbag, proving he is aptly named, wants Dr. Min to gamble with a guy who has land he won't sell so the guy will lose everything. UGH. Such a Scumbag. I loathe him. But Dr. Min gives it all back.

Scumbag is indignant and tries to intimidate Dr. Min. Good luck. You fail! Dr. Min's reply is something to the effect of 'I too want to be successful like you. But I find myself curious about things you ditched in order to get ahead...like a woman? A child?' YES.

YS misunderstands and thinks Dr. Min took the land and kicks him out. Awwww. Bom is hysterical (she really needs a male figure in her life).

Broody Hot.

Yay! He sees her about confess about Bom's HIV to Evil Suitor and totally interrupts and tells him to get lost and then when Evil Suitor asks who he is to YS and YS says 'no one' this happens:

EEEEEE! Smoochies. YS is neither horrified nor pleased, I think, it's most utter shock because the thought that her cranky roomer might like her is so new.

Even sweeter than anything though is the look on Scumbag's face. Your pain is my gain, Scumbag!

And he tells YS that she makes people confused and 'I haven't been able to stop worrying about you, not since you were in my room' (EEEE! With the crying and the tear-wiping, eeee!) *dies*

Evil Suitor goes away:

And then is all 'who are you looking at? If you look at anyone else, I'll kill you.' Oooooh, Dr. Min!

'Btw, you can't kick me out, I paid rent.' Heee.

'Bwah????'

Morning after is adorable because he is so embarassed and is trying to come up with excuses, each more hilarious than the next 'I don't remember anything after a full night's sleep' LOL
