I have picked my next 'marathonning' drama. It's The Last Dance is With Me (also known as Save the Last Dance For Me). It was a little thing: a brief shot in a mv for it of the hero viping the heroine's tears with his thumbs. SUCH A GONER FOR THIS. This and the beyond awesome 'he is teaching her to dance' scene behind the cut.
Also, the male lead is gorgeous. Is there some sort of huge warehouse in Korea just stuffed with gorgeous men?
He is teaching her to dance. *dies*
MVs:
I posted this one before but I love it so much:
But oh, oh, oh, I want to finish both Sang-Do and Green Rose and then there is Hello My Teacher. What to do, what to do???? *goes crazy*
Anyway, other subect of the post:
Unlike Sensual Phase, which is sort of a romance novel heroine of mangas, beautiful but dumb as a box of bricks, the manhwa Bring It On (I am on vol 2 now) is just all around awesome.
Our heroine's parents ROCK. We find out that her Mom used to be a huge fangirl for a famous idol of her generation and is a legendary former fanfic author, as she used to write super popular fanfics RPSing that idol and another idol of the time (Miha's friend nearly dies of glee as she finds out and they discuss who gets to be top and bottom in celebritry fic slash, LOL. I kid you not). And the best part? Miha's Dad was also a crazed fan for that very same idol, and the parents met in a police station where they were hauled off to for trying to break into the idol's house. LOL.
Oh, and now her Mom has a brief gig fixing Won Bin's hair (she is a hairstylist) so she traipsed off real quick leaving her kids for a few days because hey, hottie! LOL.
I also have much love for the hero and his sense of justice and also the whole 'uber strong guy can still get whomped by the heroine' thing.
YAY.
