I started watching Tudors.

I have no idea whether it is good, but it is certainly AWESOME. Also, it's the first time in movie history that Henry VIII has been hot. Jonathan Rhys-Myers is sex on legs. And he gets the scarily dangerous vibe down too.

Ha, I feel the exact same way about the Tudors -- it's historical guilty pleasure, to the MAX. The historical name dropping, the crushed velvet, the naked ladies, it's all so ridiculously awesome, and I can't wait for more!

Exactly. I am usually such a history purist. But you can't be, not with something so unabashedly delicious. Plus, new take! We all've seen old bloated grumpy Henry...now it's young hot Henry the stuuuud ;P

It's funny to me how you like JRM now, and I'm so over him--he's gotten too masculine-looking for me, and a bit too mainstream. I liked him when he was a wiry effeminate boything starring in odd movies as various shades of queer psychopath.

At the same time, it pleases me with a type of paternalistic satisfaction to see him getting all these roles, and being talked about by all these people who used to have no idea who he was. I kind of feel like, "Awww, I knew you way back when! I always thought you'd break into the big markets. I'm so happy for you, even if I'm not your fangirl anymore."

LOL. I like him because he is not so femmy looking any more :P And I am never big on psychos, whatever their sexual orientation. Though I think Henry just might be a psycho nontheless :)

JRM is hot in any incarnation. I guess it took someone of his hotness lvl to make Henry VIII look good :P
I am watching Match Point with him and Scarlett which is also very hot and steamy. Heh.

Oh really? Yeh it's very good. But his character is seriously an anti-hero....errr actually he is borderline villany. Good film nonetheless. Him and Scarlett are very sexy in this :P
