Finished ep 6 of Que Sera Sera, and yup, still love.

1. I do NOT like Eun Soo's Mom. In fact, I want to stab the selfish, awful woman in her over-made-up face. Good going, selling your daughter to work in a sleazy club because you are in debt. Go die somewhere, plz.
2. This is the first drama I've ever seen where they had the 'Western'-style carry (i.e. guy carrying girl in his arms) as opposed to piggy-backing. When Tae Joo carried Eun Soo to bed when she was ill. *drool*
3. Korean obsession with v-necked sweaters for men has got to stop. When even Eric Mun can't pull one off without looking like asthmatic asparagus stalk, you know this item of clothing will never do well.
4. I really loved that it was Eun Soo who kept asking Tae Joo out and being unabashed about liking him. You go, girl! I also love when he was freaked she was ill from the make-up but wouldn't verbally admit it at all :) I do think he likes her because she is so 'fresh' compared to all the women he hung out with, and because she really is uncomplicated in her affection and doesn't see him as an expensive accessory.
5. Rich Bitch continues to be both slappable and also believable and someone I can sympathize with. I love her grown-up, headgamy thing with Tae Joo, though I don't think she will endear herself to him by treating him as a an accessory thing she bought. The splendid thing? She doesn't care about endearing herself.
6. This has got to be the most fanservicy kdrama ever. Every ep has a kiss and there are repeated shower and shirtless scenes. Bonus points for when Tae Joo angsts over Eun Soo being with icy Rich Guy while he is in the shower. Eric Mun is the living proof of wonders of gym membership. I think for his next drama he should be required to perform entirely shirtless :P
7. I continue to adore Eun Soo. Actually, much as I love the OTP, I have a confession: I totally dig her with Icy Rich Guy. IRG is actually quite human and sweet with her (I wonder if he feels free in part because he doesn't feel inferior with her, unlike with Rich Bitch). When he rescued her from that nightmare club and then took her for a plane ride? I sort of switched ships. They are so ADORABLE together. But then we saw Tae Joo later and he was SO jealous, even though he'd die rather than admit it, and even though he doesn't realize it himself, and even though he was the one who left her, not the other way around and eeeee...my ship is back to reallignment. And then Icy Rich Guy offers her a loan and once again...I am totally swinging back and forth :)
8. Tae Joo is rather realistic, isn't he? In RL, playboys who aren't big on trust and a hard-edged about material things aren't going to automatically become altruistic sweethearts the moment they meet a nice girl. It's a hard struggle out of self-absorption, isn't it? But also, I think part of it is that Eun Soo makes him feel good, and she is sweet, and nice, and not a cynical battle-axe who doesn't really care about him. She cares too much, and worries about him, and I think that sort of terrifies him: the genuineness and the caring and the responsibility for another's heart (for both the obvious reasons of self-protection and because she can get horribly hurt).
9. When he gently holds the head of drunken passed out Eun Soo on his shoulder (after she told him she likes him and is filled to the fingertips with him) I died.
Quote of the eps, so far:
Eun Soo: “When you like someone, does saying so hurt your pride?”
Tae Joo: “Generally, yes.”
Eun Soo: “Then… my feelings for you are stronger than my pride.”
Anyway, this rocks.
