Namaste London and Virgin Snow: two very different movies I am excited for. And a Lee Jun Ki MV

When we were watching Salaam-e-Ishq, I saw posters for Namaste London with Akshay Kumar (whom I like) and Katrina Kaif (who I don't mind). It looked cute and romantic and fun, and it releases in March.

And then there is Virgin Snow, a movie with Lee Junki and Miyazaki Aoi.

It looks unbelievably gorgeous and romantic.

And then there is this awesome MV featuring Lee Jun Ki.

I cracked up at the Namaste London poster - "funjabi boy" instead of Punjabi boy will never stop being funny to me. But anyway, WOW! What was all the possible seriousness in the first promo? She marries the one guy who isn't her type?! Isn't her type how? Does Akki turn out to be some sort of evil bastard in it? This movie seems confusing. Jingle balle WTF!

Virgin Snow looked nice. The girl from Nana is in it! Curious. Didn't know Korean/Japanese stars crossed over like that, how cool.

Korean is sort of the ot flavor in Asian right now, but it's usually the women who cross over (Korean actress was one of the leads in Seven Swordsmen, Korean actress was the costar in taiwanese drama Silence etc).

NL looks hilarious. Akki is supposed to be a nice guy though, at least according to the summary who comes to London to win her back or to be with her or similar (I think it's one of those culture shock/culture clash movies).

Considering all the canoodling in the promos, I think he is at least occasionally her type :D

I actually really like Katrina and thought she 'n Akshay were quite sweet together in their first movie. But yet, I look at them in a promo together and something inside me always grumbles *grrrrr, should have been Priyanka*

Oh, I would have LOVED for it to have been Priyanka, but wasn't there the whole brouhaha 'no more movies together because Twinkle put kibosh on it blah blah.' Boo.

I do want to see Katrina and his earlier movie together. It's somewhere on my netflix queue, must move it up.

It (their first movie) is pretty generic (blablabla, evil fiance-cakes), but you know, at least it's pretty. Probably depends on how much you can live with generic stories. But Katrina is very, very pretty in it.

I am the girl who likes Hum Saath Saath Hain, so I can live with generic. Will definitely check it out.

Gotta say, Salman knows how to pick pretty gfs!
