Spammity as I wait for Hanadan

Yeah, spammity.

I have gone completely insane and am sitting here staring at the counter counting down minutes left until the dl is complete on one of the parts of Hanadan. 4:08, 4:07 etc etc. Never mind that the other part still has an hour to go.

Also, I am getting annoyed. I bought a copy of Hello My Teacher (Biscuit Teacher and Star Candy) on January 2nd but it's still not here. I don't care about the $$$ as it was cheap and I can get another copy (and I can get money back through paypal if it does go south), but I want the damn thing! I am all about angsty love and once I finish Loveholic, I'll need a fix (though I do have Spring Waltz and 40 other dramas, I want this one!) Also, my Snow Queen isn't here either and I am grumpy I can't be grumpy about it because I only bought it on the 12th.

I have a package waiting for pick-up at the mail and it better be one of those two items :D

(Also, I need to go to FedEx to pick up my copy of Smiling Pasta. I foresee happy days of binging ahead).

Heh. Taiwanese show about a girl who has a 'curse' that no boyfriend she has will stay longer than three months. She ends up accidentally being in a compromising position with a pop star with a squeaky clean image (and major father issues). In order to keep the image, he asks her to pretend they are engaged. Oh, did I mention that they also go to the same college! And that the guy she is crushing on is his bad-boy brother who hates him and wants to wreck his life because he has emo trauma of dead girlfriend? Yeah. I couldn't make this stuff up. It doesn't take itself seriously at all though and is hilarious. I mainly like it because of the hero, He Qun, who is one of the very rare fictional crushes I wouldn't mind dating in rl.

It's called SP because that's the name of the Italian restaurant her family runs.

There are gangs, drowned ex-girlfriends (the one of his bratty younger brother) and his Dad is a member of Parliament who prefers his younger brother. And his pre-heroine gf ditched him for his younger brother (as I said, his younger brother wants to wreck his life because he blames him for death of his gf which is of course unfounded).

There are cartoon rain clouds! Whenever the heroine feels too bad or her love life sucks. And it rains just over her. And the most awesome thing about the ending is they are kissing and then that ominous cartoon cloud appears ready to rain and she is thinking, all panicky that the curse is not broken after all, and hye just stretches his hand (while still holding her with the other) and one o his friends hands him an umbrella and so he is holding an umbrella over them as they are kissing and the cartoon cloud is raining on them. It's hilarious.

It's total crack.

I know what you mean about waiting...I ordered a lot of anime on the 18th and I'm annoyed they aren't here yet, even though I know it's illogical and I probably wouldn't even watch them anytime soon.

Ebay. Most Korean DVDs have good English subs. The one exception is the older version of Goong, the chinese and english subs version of A Love to Kill (the Japanese and English have good subs) and depending on the version Spring Waltz.

Smiling Pasta has average subs. A bit on the iffy side but understandable.

I hope you'll get all your dvds soon! I will join you in drama binging this weekend! I've finished downloading HYD but I have to leave soon so I'm not going to watch yet. I saw that you did some live blogging already for it! I was so tempted to read it but I'll wait until I finish the episode. My head feels like it's going to explode from all the waiting..

It was amazing! Ah, the previews are making me crazy! LOL, don't worry I remembered about Loveholic. I want to finish either Lovers(kdrama) or Gokusen before I start it though. I need to clean out my drama watching list. :) Hopefully, I can watch at least episode 1 of Loveholic tonight. :)

Yay! Jumps for joy. you're so cute. I'm going to start soon that's if I don't fall asleep (it's nearing 6am over here).

I just finished Lovers. I didn't get really emotionally attached to it as other dramas. I like the chemistry between the leads but other than that the drama feels dry to me. It's 20 episodes too. I pretty much finished it for sake of finishing. I'm kind of disappointed that it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Really drove me crazy how I couldn't get into it. Wonder if HYD2 and Snow Queen has ruined me forever for showing me the great things about dramas lol ^_^

I can't wait till you see it too! I just finished last night. I was going to do a post but too tired. It's such a beautiful drama. I loved it from beginning to end. I'm just sad now that it's over.. :(
