JWC trailer is as delicious as I thought it would be - crazy fights, gorgeous Uee and a general wuxia vibe. In fact, if I did not know this was a kdrama, I'd assume it was Chinese. Cha Tae Hyun is still the opposite of what I find attractive, but I can deal.

And here is the trailer for next week's I Miss You, which I need in my life asap. It looks just like the type of romantic melodrama I like and also, for the first time in my kdrama-watching experience, I find myself, much as I adore Yoon Eun Hye and Yoochun, wishing the whole drama was childhood portions.

oooh, i am so excited for i miss you it's ridiculous. and i definitely know what you mean about wanting the whole drama to be about the kids! at first i thought it was just because i adored the child actors (they, particularly, young hwon yeo jingu are what made moon that embraces the sun for me) but while watching the teaser yesterday i noticed how much the two characters/their interactions reminded me of kingyo club-- which i loved, which of course means automatic otp. can't wait for next wednesday.

It's funny that you said that because spunspider and I had a similar conversation a few weeks ago about this. I think the feelings and settings evoked in the teenage scenes are really beautiful and sort of haunting.They just really set the mood and you don't necessarily get that vibe in the adult parts. I'm hoping that it does crossover when they become adults.

JWC looks like my fave kind of wuxia but I'm totally with you that Cha Tae Hyun isn't doing it for me at all. It's just impossible to watch a sageuk with Lee Min Ho and then right after watch one with CTH. The comparison is slightly unflattering.

Jeon woo chi looks like super fun, the movie was awesome too even though this is a different spin on it.
I know CTH isn't the typical handsome leading man material but he is funny and can also pull off more serious roles (Flowers for My Life), he and Park Bo Young were super adorable in Speedy Scandal she even refers to him as her dad^^
I miss you might end up a disaster, why can't Yoo Seung Ho get to act opposite someone his own age for once and those crazy Yoochun fangirls....demanding that the second female actress gets replaced because she's done some more sexy photoshoots....sigh

CTH is really not my type at all but hopefully I'll like the character anyway.

Re: secondary gal in IMY. Well, actually they were playboy-level shots, so I can see why conservative Korea might view it as a big deal. I like that actress in Soulmate though so have no problem with her being in it.

I think I will be removing I miss You from my dramas to watch just 6mins and i felt like scratching my heart out cause it was in pain. I will do my best to forget how much i love the cast.
