dangermousieEleven episodes in and it's time to face the truth - when I spend 10 minutes watching each ep at extreme fast-forward and it still feels too long, it's time to quit. Life's too short, with too many other fun things to do.
I can't really pinpoint one huge glaring weakness in writing or acting - both are OK. The problem is that this is a character piece where none of the characters, their interactions or their dilemmas, interest or emotionally involve me one bit. So I am left with nothing. I mean, I don't care if an asteroid wipes out every character from Big tomorrow. And that's a bad sign, especially since there is no plot I am dying to follow despite lack of character investment.
