Question for all the SW-savvy people on my flist

ROTS is going to be the first SW movie I'll see at midnight. This said, how early should I show up to get myself and Husband decent seats? I don't necessarily want my pick, but I don't want to be sitting all the way to the side, or in the front row either (not to mention, I want two seats together, so as to be able to clutch my husband's arm and sob into his sleeve).

So, what's the good time?

I did the 12:01 for AotC and got there more than three hours early, and there were already several hundred people in line. (We did manage to get decent seats, but then again, we did wind up moving closer to the front with some friends.) I would say no less than two hours early, at the bare minimum, if you want a shot.

There will be line campers at the Uptown, plus media and junk like that. If I were you, I'd get down there right after work.

There was media there for the LOTR Trilogy showing.

Hhhhmmmm...I know I got to the LOTR showing 3 hours in advance and the line was already around the block. Yeah, I think I'll come there right after work. Ooooh, it will be fun :D
