Yet more ep 4 of SUFBB stuff...
Feb. 19th, 2012 10:48 pmI had to run before, so more
This was the cutest thing - when she thinks someone is following her and tries to hit him, but it's Ji Hyuk and cuteness follows. I also love how he makes sure no loan-sharks are there. It's all so many actions that take care of her without fuss, even though they are not in the least poetic. JH is not larger than life, the way BH was, but he's amazing.

I don't ship them but I do find myself liking rival guy. He doesn't have the grit of JH because everything has been handed to him on a silver platter, but he genuinely cares for Soo Ah.

I love little off-beat, real moments like this, just friends giddy with life after escaping the cops.

As I said, I don't ship them (for one, Soo Ah is fairly reserved and the guy is not bringing up the truth of her situation, which he should) but they are v. pretty together.

But they are not as cute as this! He was totally waiting for her! And unconsciously fixing his hair! And he checked the neighborhood to make sure it's safe and gave her his phone number to call in case of trouble! AWWW.

I am not sure if we are supposed to like their music, but it reminded me of elevator music (as opposed to leader's song, which I liked) so...

Hooray for the drummer!

OMFG I loved this scene! It's his big competition against the other band but he realizes the loan sharks are there for Soo Ah and he just grabs her and walks out (Soo Ah's father's arrest just became school news btw). And that is why he's a better choice for Soo Ah than rich boy - rich boy feels bad but stands there ineffectively - he yells for classmates to leave if they are not there for the music, but that is it -- JH is the one who saves her, giving up something very important in the process. JH acts.
