So, let's see - it means I love scifi/fantasy (13/20), I love gritty and violent (non-violent shows on the list = zero), and I am a sucker for a good love story (most of these). Cheese doesn't bother me. These all actually seem to map to a fairly specific, narrow pattern.
Show I dislike that everyone loves - Revenge, Smallville, Stargate SG1, Game of Thrones, Rome, Being Human (UK and US), Doctor Who (Moffat years), House, The Vampire Diaries. Oh, and every lawyer show ever made but that goes without saying.
