Still having trouble with the Tatta Hitotsu no Koi ep 2 dl. It dies about 12 minutes in. I finally scrapped the files and am dling them from a different source. I really need my Kame fix.

I have ended up watching Untold Scandal because of vierran45's rec. It's a Korean retelling of "Dangerous Liasons" and makes the fourth version of that unsavory novel I've seen, which is rather amusing considering I dislike the book. It was very pretty (and very explicit!) and somehow by the end transmuted into something very very Korean (both sadder and gentler than the original). This said, since this is a really odd thing to get my first impression of Bae Young-Joon in, since he is crazily famous as the gentle, romantic (and non clothes shedding) male protagonist of Winter Sonata and this flick was sort of a reaction to that image. I am coming at it backwards. I think I am going to have problems seeing him as an adorable OTP because I'll be picturing him sticking his hands into his model's...*ahem*

And as a cracktastic link for the day, here is a youtube video of my jdorama husband Takizawa Hideaki performing (yes, indeed, that IS the song title), "Taste Me" (oh, if you insist!) complete with shiny pants. It's a wondrous thing to behold. I think there should be a jdorama/Bollywood cross-over. I have to say, after seeing this, I am really imressed he was so excellent as the shy, dreamer Hikaru in Majo No Jouken.

Taki's Satomi Hakkenden character is on the shy and modest side, too. Not so much that he actually IS shy,but he's closer to shy than outgoing.

EEE. My SH torrents are like half-way done and I have been dl-ing for DAYS and if it weren't for "Tatta Hitotsu no Koi", I'd be freaking out right now.

Don't do torrents. Go to jdramas and dl mu files. There are 14 parts, but it's a pretty fast dl, done by morning. Works just fine.

And totally worth it. Takki is to die for in it: angsty and noble and quiet and with some mean fighting skills. And his OTP is adorable.

See, I discovered Takki via Tackey & Tsubasa and went, "Wait, he kind of looks like that one hot guy in that other drama that I was meaning to watch," AND THEN I REALIZED HE WAS THE SAME PERSON.

Oh my god, I need to hook you up with Tatta Hitotsu no Koi. Is it the torrent that's not working or what? Do you need DL links or subs? I need someone to join in with my squee and episode 2 was good, but it gets better, because episode 3 just aired, and oh my god--SO GOOD. "I burn, I pine, I perish"-good. You know it's good tragic romance drama when it has me quoting Shakespeare on a whim. I will scout around for other versions for you if you're still in need, because HitoKoi is not something that you should be without. Seriously.

I am so sorry you are still having problems. I have downloaded THnK ep 3 yesterday from d-addicts. I am not sure why the tracker refuses you. Sometimes some IP addresses get banned because of the slow dl speeds or low share rate (this is why I always try to seed my torrents fully; though seeding is a pain it helps with downloading speeds). And after I have gotten a tracker dl speed for me is very very gracious.

Nonetherless, this is all by an by and what I wanted to say is - if you don't get a good file by the time you read this, I will split/Megaupload the ones I have got (ep 2 and 2). Please let me know if you need this, it would love to do it!

I am very fond of "Untold Scandal" and it's male protagonist :)

I just remembered one of the most common problems which can cause the tracker to be refusing you. This is definitely worthy to check - if you specify "TCP listen port" (it lives in the "Options" in your Torrent Client program) to be the usual 6881 some trackers refuse you. In this case you definitely need to change to some other (anything in a range of 6881-6999). I have 6969.

DM - THnK is being shared usually sometime on Sunday at both kattunlove and also at kame_share. You can join the comms but not friend them so they don't show up on your flist unless you need to find these posts (because they are flocked). If you don't mind lesser quality, I also share the mp4 (iPod format) of the ep file every Sunday on both of those comms, and you can watch mp4 in VLC (and of course iTunes if you have it) I believe. So you have other options, should you need them.
