I believe this is a MV for it, though since my Chinese is nonexistent, I'd like it verified:
RoaE stars Michael Tse, Joe Ma and Kate Tsui. The protagonist is a formerly ruthless Brocade Guard captain who loses his memory but develops a conscience and gets involved in conspiracies involving the throne. There are also awesome female spies! Actually, the heroine is an awesome female spy.

Of course, I am so behind on so many c/hkdramas that I know it's insane to add one, but I can't help it.
Where to get it? YA is selling a subbed DVD at a highly-reasonable price of $19.99 but let me know if you want me to scour for links for you.
