City Hunter - first half of ep 9. It's Game Over for my poor weak heart - I am yours, drama. Forever

I was right, his wound did get infected! (Somehow, his injuries, and the fact that he doesn't heal instantly, makes him human). And he was still only concerned about Nana. No words! I do think his emotional self-control around her is slipping because he is injured and in pain and at the end of his rope.

And Nana! OMG, at last a smart heroine! She totally figured it out!

But I am worried by Undaddy's desire to find out about the bodyguard (probably because he needs leverage because YS slipped the leash for good - loved the way he told Undaddy he protects those he cares about and rescued Ahjusshi and told him he will go to war with Undaddy to keep him from killing). But his yearning for normal life just so gets me.

Ohhh, he is having nightmares about not being able to save her and watching her die. All his nightmares involve her. Somehow, I find it immeasurably romantic and immeasurably heart-breaking at the same time.

He's wounded and drugged-up and out of his mind with worry for her and she is scolding him for making her worry (which means there is someone who is concerned for his wellbeing - which is so huge, since Undaddy didn't even give a frell when YS was shot) and telling him, who is so starved for affection, that she missed him and THERE IS KISSING! With the height difference (she is so tiny next to him!) and open mouths and his hands on her face and her hands clutching his shirt! Those are the most perfect conditions for drama kissing ever. I swear to God, this thing is written by my id. Though he's so out of his mind with pain and worry and relief, he's completely forgot his pretend persona and if Nana didn't figure out he was City Hunter before, she'd probably would with this.

But of course he leaves her, to protect her ("I will protect you. I don't have any way than this." OMG). Not from any of his targets or anything. No, from freaking monster that is Undaddy. God, I want that man to die.

Anyway, still in the middle of inhaling the ep, but had to pause to post the most awesome drama sequence this year:















































































































































































































You know, after ep 2, I would have bet money on a happy ending, but the drama is getting darker and darker and now I am not so sure. Please let them have a happy normal life after this is over. Please! I haven't been this attached to a protagonist since IRIS and I can't take another IRIS ending.
