In the middle of ep 9 - this is ridiculously addictive

OK, am I going insane or is the Creepy Politician the nasty wife abuser (who built a soundproof room where he can beat her in peace) is also doing something to his kid?????????????????????????????????

I didn't think anything of that sort (even if the kid is kinda robotic in a freaky way - I think it's enough for him to be that way due to household - mother disappearing at random times etc) but then Creepy Politician was in his divorce firm and the kid was taking too long to wash his hands so he just clapped for him like a dog and - ok, wroooooong. And then he was so solicitous to the kid in front of Young Woo, his attorney, but it was the same creepy solicitude he showed to his wife in front of Eun Ho, when he was trying to bamboozle her into believing he was a nice husband. But I think what really got my gears turning was the look on Young Woo's face - you can tell he's pretty freaked out and it's like a lightbulb went on with him, and he's not really the fluffy-huggy type to feel bothered because father is a little short with his kid so...

Hmmmmm. Creepy. I have no idea if I am seeing things (side note - I find it interesting that Young Woo always looks like he wants to hurl whenever he sees his clients. Well, if they weren't such disgusting human beings who your father takes on for influences, maybe you wouldn't need to hit the sauce so much, huh, YW?)

By now I adore Tae Jo to bits, to absolute bits and the chemistry between him and Eun Ho is totally insane. Hmmm, he seems a lot less normal than I initially thought (though less screwed-up than his brother) so maybe that has something to do with it :)

Oh, and I continue to LOVE love Jung Won. That scene where she was waiting for Young Woo in 'their' hotel room but he had to spend the night with his wife instead and she saw - eeeeeeeeeeeeek. Something tells me she is going to leave him, and I can't blame her. Go for it, girl! Because YW is never leaving his creepy life, ever. And I did finally figure out why YW couldn't marry her - yes, with her father the convicted felon, no way would YW's father sanction the marriage.

ETA: Ok, whaaaat? Apparently the Mom hit the kid? Ugh, that whole family just needs to die.
