I Am Legend - eps 3 and 4
Aug. 11th, 2010 01:09 pmI liked IAL after the first two eps but after eps 3 and 4 I am officially, madly in love.
I love that this drama gives its characters space to breathe, I love that they are adults, I love that female friendship is prominently featured, I love the chemistry between hero and heroine, I love the soundtrack (they did a cover of Pugacheva's Million of Red Roses - it as surreal to hear it in Korean), I love Kim Jung Eun's tough heroine with glimpses of fragility who has ditched her stifling awful society marriage to go back to music, I love her outrageous, louder-than-life friend Fa Ja, I love her brittle fake cooky frenemy Ra Hee, I love Lee Joon Hyuk's former rock star who is now tutoring this weird ahjumma band. I love to hate Kim Jung Eun's sleazy soon-to-be ex-husband and his mistress, the equally sleazy divorce lawyer.
