For some reason, the subs stopped coming regularly after ep 8. (The show is up to 12 now). Obviously the subbers have lives and I am grateful to them for subbing at all, at any speed, but I am totally in withdrawal. I want my pretty pretty Liang angst and dastardly designers. I think I am going to cave and watch unsubbed. After all, from the bit I saw, ep 11 has Liang in drag and scarily, while his body doesn't work at all, face-wise he makes a really pretty girl. And I want to know WTF is going on :P

Also, I am probably going to burn in fandom hell for this, but I've been thinking this for weeks and the truth must out.

Does anyone else think that the new Veronica Mars free to be fearless posters look like Veronica is practicing a bj on her own finger? They make me giggle every time I see them. Well, on the plus side, in that case Logan is a lucky boy :D

Also, it turns out Silence is only 19 eps long (it's going to be resized to 28 on the DVD because eps are over an hour each and the DVD will chop them up differently). Yay.

There is very long thread for silence in the forum below and people have been translating various scenes. Yay! now I understand what happened in episode 14. The preview for fifteen looks so good. I think there is also links to hardsubbed episodes up to five.

Hm... you're very right.
However, I hate that ad with a passion. Normally I have a great deal of lust for Kristen Bell, because she is HOT, but in that picture she looks weird and emaciated and all this nonsense.
Also, "Free to be Fearless" is a lame advertising slogan.

LOL. I don't know what to think of that poster! If she's trying to do that 'shhh' movement, the finger needs to be a little higher up. Right now it does indeed look like it's entering her mouth. XD

But speaking of her, I saw her in that movie Pulse over the summer. Watching that movie, I realized for the first time what a pretty girl she is. The big screen did her much justice. :D
