This is from a SI movie Dhool and the subtitles aren't a spoof - no, it's literally grandma singing how awesome her grandkid is as he kicks a bunch of thugs' faces in.

In honor of my huge Tamil/Telugu movies shipment coming in today :) This movie, needless to say, is not among them.
