NOT HAPPY.
They picked a lead for Athena and it's Su Ae.
Ugh.
Whyyyyyyy?
I am sure Su Ae has plenty of fans but I am not one of them - I have seen her in two things - Emperor of the Sea and 9 End 2 Out and didn't care for her in either - she is a rare kdrama actress who does nothing for me - she does not move me, she does not draw me in, she does not make me care for her. She is an adequate (but no more) actress with little charisma.
Ugh.
Forgettable is the word.
Why, why in a sea of awesome Korean actresses did they pick one of the few I find sub-par?
So pissed off.
Will be watching anyway because I adore the set-up, the production team, and the male leads, but am way less excited now. I suppose I can always hope she will pleasantly surprise me.
Ugh.

Also, on a shallow note, while I can acknowledge that her features would normally classify her as good-looking, subjectively I don't like her look at all - something about her face.
