Who is your drama boyfriend?
Jul. 16th, 2009 03:24 pmThis post is here because
ambergold is watching Thank You and it reminded me that its hero, Dr. Min (played by Jang Hyuk), is indubitably my drama boyfriend.

What do I mean by that? I guess it's partly 'a favorite male drama character' but it also has to be someone who I would consider awesome to date/compatible in real life - I might adore Domyouji as a character but in real life, I'd be tempted to strangle him in 10 minutes. Nor would I want to be with anyone from a period drama due to lack of modern medicine or anyone with the typical evil drama parents.
1. Let's start with the shallow. He is hot.

2. He is not only uber competent - I love that in men (or women, for that matter) - but he can support you financially through his competence.

3. He is sarcastic, impatient, and not keen on social niceties. But he has a good heart and does what is right. Perfect combo for me as saintly men get irritating (and I love the way he can cut through bs) and without a good heart he'd be a jerk.

(confronting obnoxious family of Secondary Guy).
4. He's a good kisser.

5. And good with children - he makes an excellent Daddy (v.v. important to me :P)

6. He won't see 30 again, thus not too young for me.

7. He says exactly what he thinks (no picture of that is possible so have a hot pic instead).

8. Excellent taste in women.

(Heroine is strong, not silly, and not 19)
9. Takes good care of you when you are sick (v.v. important). Also is genius surgeon thus can both baby you AND treat you. PERFECT.

(he is washing her hair here. In secret.)

(Sleeping by her bed)
10. Does not dress like an escapee from an asylum for the blind. You cannot go wrong with black suits and coats:

or nice dress shirts:

So, who is YOUR drama boyfriend? And why?
